<div>Hi, my name is Kendra, and I've started this fundraiser for Alberto, a hard working member of our Kirkland, Washington community - who has recently fallen on hard times when his work trailer, contractor tools, and supplies for his current renovation project were stolen overnight from his work site.  He estimates that he is out over $20,000 that he will have to scrape up to get his business restarted.

<div>We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Alex Rene Astorga took his final breath on April 2nd, 2022.

<div>Alex was a senior at Virginia Tech. He was expected to graduate on May 13th, 2022 with a degree in Business Information Technology. While Alex was an excellent student who worked hard at school, he also worked hard to cultivate rich and meaningful relationships with his dear friends in Blacksburg. Our family is grateful to know he was loved there as he was here, in Washington.
