<div>Tomassino Offer’s family is devastated by the loss of their oldest child, as his life was taken unexpectedly; in an accident over the weekend.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Those organizing this fundraiser know the Offer family through St. Lawrence Church and School, Notre Dame Prep, and Keller Williams Lakeside. Tomassino was an incredibly devout Catholic and student athlete, and his loss is deeply felt by all who knew him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the days since his passing, friends and community members have asked how they can surround the family with love and support. This fundraiser allows one way to express that care and stand beside them during an unimaginable time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have created this fundraiser for friends and loved ones to honor Tomassino’s memory and express their love for the Offer family-a gesture of togetherness from a community that holds them close.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Above all, we want the Offer family to know they are loved and are not walking through this alone. If you feel moved to give, your kindness is deeply appreciated. Your prayers, messages of love, and sharing of this fundraiser are equally meaningful ways to support them.

Tomassino Offer Family Support

<div>Dear Soccer Friends,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We come to you today with a heartfelt request for support and prayers for one of our own, Renee Simon. Wearing many hats in our organization, Renee is the Club Registrar for Nationals Soccer, the Area Club Manager for Nationals Macomb and Macomb Select, and the Administrator for our recreational program partners, Junior Nationals and USL Utica. She has always been there for all of us, tirelessly working to ensure the smooth running of our beloved club.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2022, Renee bravely faced and overcame the challenge of breast cancer. However, the fight is not over, as she now faces a new battle. In July 2024, Renee experienced severe ovary pain, and a CT scan revealed a 10 cm mass in her ovary area. Unfortunately, the news only worsened when a biopsy revealed that her original breast cancer has spread to her lungs, liver and lymph nodes resulting in a diagnosis of Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite the gravity of the situation, Renee and her family remain steadfast in their faith. The beautiful thing is that when they received the news, her entire family, including her parents, sister, and brother-in-law, were miraculously present, as if orchestrated by God himself. This moment of togetherness was a testament to the strength and love that surrounds Renee.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, Renee and her family are facing a series of upcoming treatments, appointments, scans, and medical opinions as they navigate the road ahead. They will be keeping us updated on her journey through the "Renee's Journey" Facebook group, which many of you have already joined.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking our soccer community to come together and rally around Renee and her family during this challenging time. Let us show our support, offer our prayers, and surround them with the love and care they so deeply deserve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can make a difference in Renee's life and provide the strength she needs to face this new battle. Please join us in this effort, and may God's blessings be upon Renee and her family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div>Thank You Always,

He couldn’t move around or get his heart rate up without getting dizzy. I took them to the pediatrician where they ran a whole bunch of tests and asked us to do a blood test at the hospital. They found that he was low in iron and was anemic so they put him on iron supplements and sent us on our way. About a month after we were on iron supplements, he was not getting any better and still was getting dizzy (even more some) when he started moving around. I called Pediatrician and told him there were some thing else wrong and they said let’s wait another week and see what happens. On the weekend of March 11 we ended up celebrating his 3rd birthday with family.  His dizziness was the worst on this day where we couldn’t hold him and turn at all.  We were even at the point that he told Brett to only drive straight in the car because turning on the road was making him dizzy.  Then the next day we went to the monster jam with everyone. We didn’t know that that would be the last weekend that we were able to have a normal life. The next morning we got a text message from my mother-in-law that explained how she saw Beckett this weekend and said we need to take him to the ER. We took him almost immediately and after 10 minutes of explaining his symptoms they sent him for a CAT scan because they were worried about a brain tumor. We were in shock, scared, disbelief, confusion, and angry all at the same time.  When the doctor came in she told us there was a mass in his brain and we were immediately told they have gotten a bed for us at Children’s Hospital in Detroit where they were going to do an MRI to confirm. MRI confirmed that there </a>

After a nine hour surgery we were told that they were able to get as much as they could out and we would be in ICU until he was able to leave. That night he ended up sick and on oxygen because his breathing was so labored  calling it stridor.  After another 4 days in the ICU they finally got his breathing under control after testing that had confirmed both forms of croup.  On Saturday they finally moved us upstairs to get ready to leave.  At this point he was so depressed because he did not want to be in the hospital and get poked and prodded anymore so we told the doctors we wanted him to gohome now.  He wanted his siblings and his Everleigh. Three days later on March 22, exactly a month after his third birthday we got a phone call that confirmed the worst. Beckett was diagnosed with grade 4 ATRT.  Atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor (ATRT) is a rare, and aggressive tumor that occurs in the brain and/or spinal cord and only happens in 1-2% of all brain tumors.  Our minds immediately thought the worst. Once we got the diagnosis we started doing research and decided that he deserves only the best hospital and in the best care. We immediately got accepted into Saint Judes research Medical Center.  From that point on it was mad chaos to try to make sure that the other kids had a place to go, the house was able to be tended to, onyx was good, the family how severe this was,  everyone one wanted to see him in case the worst happened, and we had to have our bags packed for a long stay away from home.   Three days later we were taking the 11 hour drive to our new journey to save our 3 year old.  Appointment after appointment happened and two days later we found out that the MRI showed all of the tumor was still there in the other doctors didn’t get hardly anything out from the first surgery.  They wanted to remove as much as possible to give Beckett the best fighting chance of survival.  Finally, at 6:39pm our doctor called us about how neurosurgeon contacted her and believed he could get everything out. Finally some good news! On April 6, Beckett had his second brain surgery. After five hours they came back and told us that it was a gross total resection! They got it all out! The next 24 hours we found out that there were no cancerous spots in his kidneys, his spine, and in his spinal fluid!! After a Gross total resection in all of these things meant he went from 30% to 70%!!!
We now have to do 13 treatments of brain and spine radiation and then 17 treatments of focal radiation (radiation right where the tumor was).  We then go home for 4 weeks and come back for 4-5 28 day chemotherapy cycles.
After getting everything all ready, we start day one of radiation on March 23.  Our next step of our miracle journey begins! Cancer picked the WRONG kid.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers as our entire families world gets turned upside down.  You all have been such an amazing support group and we thank god every day for each and every one of you.

God is good and he will be there with us through every step of the way!!!

We would love for you to share this as an update on our amazing little hero and warrior!!

Becketts recovery fund

<div>Hello, as many of you might have heard or are about to learn-Eric was hit by a car while skateboarding the evening of January 8th and is in critical condition. While respecting his families space at this time, I thought about how I could provide some support from afar as many others are also coming to sorts with this terrible news. I believe that if everyone can come together and provide some financial relief during this crisis, it will allow the Cotton’s to turn their focus towards healing. Please keep Eric and his family in your prayers.

Eric Cotton Medical Expenses

<div>Hi friends and family! As some of you may know, I am in the midst of creating my next music project, my first full-length album. This is a project I’ve been working on for over a year now, and I am extremely proud of it. The songs touch on the realities of the human experience as we journey from the freedoms of childhood to the realization of mortality and all that is in between. After releasing my EP, “Look at All the Lights” in 2020, I have grown as an artist and as a writer. I can’t wait to showcase that with this new musical story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My first EP was 100% born and raised in my hands. This time around, I am branching out to ensure that I am doing my songs justice and putting out the best quality product possible. I will be collaborating with an amazing audio engineer who has worked on over 1,000 radio &amp; Billboard charting songs. He will take what I’ve created and use his mixing &amp; mastering expertise to carry my sound to the most professional level. Furthermore, when the album is released, I will be attempting to expand my platform and hopefully reach a wider audience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With all of this being said, it is not something I would take on if I did not find it worth the expense, but it is not particularly cheap. As an independent artist, I will be paying for this out of my own pocket. If you would like to help me and donate to my endeavors, it would mean the WORLD to me. Of course, any amount helps. If you are unable to donate financially, I would appreciate a share to spread the word. Thank you to anyone who has supported me in my music journey in the past. It is something that keeps me going and motivates me to keep creating.

Blood was drawn and it was discovered that his hemoglobin was very low. Stephen underwent a bone marrow biopsy which resulted in a diagnosis of ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). He underwent multiple blood transfusions, surgery to input the mediport, a spinal tap, and started his Chemotherapy treatments. The treatments are scheduled to continue for 3-1/2 years. <br /><br />Stephen is a very active 10 year old boy. He has two sisters and a brother at home that are very concerned about him. Emily and Steve Spicuzzi (Stephens’s parents) are very dear friends of mine and they are both incredible people .They are the people that are there the minute you need them and now is the time for us to be there for them. I’m asking you all to rally together to do what we can to lighten the load on the two of them. Let’s make sure that they can focus completely on Stephen’s health and to keep life as normal as possible for Elizabeth, Gabriella, and James (their other three children). The last thing I want them to be concerned with is finances.  <br /><br />I ask for everyone to keep Stephen in your prayers and make this very long journey for them as smooth as possible. No donation is too small. Please share this story with your friends and family.

Stephen Spicuzzi Leukemia Fund

This campaign is being set up on behalf of the Nassri Family. Raid is a dedicated husband and father who is fighting an aggressive and inoperable form of pancreatic cancer. He has been unable to work due to intense chemotherapy treatments. As you can imagine, battling cancer is an emotionally difficult time as well as financially straining. While this has been hard news to process for the whole family, everyone remains hopeful. Please share with all who know the Nassri family or may be willing to contribute. Your prayers and well wishes are just as appreciated!
