Hello, my name is Lilly. Right now, I’m facing some of the hardest times of my life. I am unable to work and finding a job near me has been extremely difficult. I can’t afford college, I don’t have a car, and I don’t have a home of my own. I’m currently staying with a friend, but I need to be able to pay rent, and unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I am unable to work or provide money. Every day is a struggle to afford food, drinks, and even the most basic essentials like a toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and other hygiene products. I’ve tried reaching out for government assistance, but so far, I haven’t received any help, and the process is slow or ends in denial. The funds from this fundraiser would help me tremendously. My main priorities are paying for rent so I can have a safe place to stay, getting a car to help me find work and get around, and being able to buy food and basic everyday needs. I’m not asking for anything fancy or expensive—just the bare minimum to get by and meet my daily needs.
