Hi, my name is Axel Washington , founder of Tha Fish Trap in Birmingham, Alabama. What started as a backyard fish fry operation has grown into something much bigger — a community staple. Every Saturday, we serve fresh fried fish, homemade fries, okra, and homemade coleslaw with one goal: bringing people together through great food and love!
