<div>Posting on behalf of my friend:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>On Friday, 1/9, hundreds protesters gathered outside of the federal building in Santa Ana, CA to protest the ICE killing of Renee Good.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>During the protest, federal agents came out and attacked the protesters, arresting one and shooting another.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>K, a young protester, was shot in the eye at point-blank range by a federal agent.</strong> It is unclear what he was shot with. He was then denied medical care by the Feds and dragged into the federal building.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Luckily, K survived but is now in the hospital and needs surgery on their eye and needs assistance with medical bills. Any and all funds donated will be deposited into their bank account and go towards their medical expenses.

</div>

<div><strong>Please support!</strong>

Help Kaden Rummler After being shot by Feds

<div>Hello,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Grace Lang, and I am a 23 year old UGA student from Athens, GA. On Thursday, October 23rd, I was assaulted by a man in a nazi uniform, 33 year old Kenneth Leland “Lee” Morgan, outside of Cutter’s Pub in downtown Athens. After a period of him antagonizing the patrons, I got up and went to stand in-between him and my friends. It was getting physical, between other people shoving him out of the bar’s space and his refusal to leave after being denied entry by the bouncer. I chose to attempt to remove the swastika, the symbol of hate, from his uniform to disarm the clear strategy of disturbing the peace of the local community. Within a few seconds of grazing his arm to solely remove the patch, he struck me in the face with a beer stein he had been carrying since arriving downtown. Afterward, while I was disoriented and bleeding heavily from my face, he continued to pull, spit, and hit me with the glass pitcher. Overall, my encounter with him from beginning to him fleeing the scene was less than 30 seconds.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This gofundme will help to cover medical expenses from having to go to the emergency room Thursday night, as well as expenses going forward during recovery. Donations will also help to supplement missed work, and provide additional support while finishing my last year of college after being the victim of aggravated assault.

Support UGA Student Assaulted by Nazi in Downtown Athens

<div>Hello everyone,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I am Ahmed, 22 years old, from the northern Gaza Strip, trying to help my family of 10. My family means everything to me, we used to live a happy life in our warm home, we used to work and live a decent life, but we lost everything and our jobs were gone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now my family and I live in a tent in the southern Gaza Strip.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Life has become very difficult and the weather is very cold, the prices of food and water are incredibly high, despite everything I hold on to a constant hope that makes me dream of changing our reality one day.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Helping my family get through this difficult time is only thanks to your donations and support. Your help means a lot to us and gives me hope for a better future.

</div>

<div>—

</div>

<div>Hello! My name is Abigail, and I am from America. I am organizing this fundraiser with my friend Beth on behalf of Ahmed and his family. Any help obviously goes a long way! I met Ahmed on Bluesky where he was verified by Molly. I and Beth are assisting Ahmed in receiving these funds through his bank and hope to get to his goal when the borders open. Making a donation of any amount you can, will mean the world to all of us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>God bless, and free Palestine.

</div>

Help Ahmed's Family Rebuild Hope

<div>Hello everyone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Reem, a Palestinian from Gaza. I am 50 years old. My husband passed away since I was 23 years old at that time, leaving me with three children, the oldest of whom was Diana 5 years old, Issam 4 years old, and my youngest son Abdullah 10 months old
</div>
<div>So I decided not to marry again and to devote my life to them, so I completed my education and worked as a teacher in a government school and raised my children until they grew up and got married and we remained until this moment in one house, supporting each other through the days in a family atmosphere and a house full of warmth and reassurance.

<div><span style="font-family:inherit;font-size:1rem;color:inherit;">and I remained playing the role of father and mother until this moment and supporting my children and their children, as I also have three grandchildren, but I regret to say that after more than a year of the ongoing war, I lost all the money I had saved and now we are in dire need of help in order to complete and provide the necessities of life, which have become competitive with the prices of gold here in the south of Gaza .</span>

Help Grandma Reem and her family live in Gaza

<p><b>Dear donor and supporter, this is a brief overview of me and my family, I want to be a reason to end the suffering and protect and save my family from the war in Gaza and its effects for nearly a year, do you see my message?</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>I am Adham Madi, a Palestinian resident in the Gaza Strip</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>I was born in 1996, I was working as a lawyer with my dreams and ambitions, until the war on the Gaza Strip came, which was a nightmare from which we have not yet recovered, before the war we were living a dignified human life, practicing our work, dreams and hobbies in the best possible way, and we aspire to be among the best </b>
</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1713878921990669_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1713878921990669_r.jpeg" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1724243643199020_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1724243643199020_r.jpeg" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_172614463047158_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_172614463047158_r.jpeg" /><br />
<p><b>•Until the war came and turned our lives upside down, displaced us from our homes, and scattered us. We lost our families, our jobs, our money, our clothes, and even our dreams.. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>Since our safe haven, our "sweet home", was bombed and leveled to the ground, which held all our memories from our childhood and youth.. everything that was beautiful to us was destroyed. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>These are pictures of our home after it was destroyed due to the war on Gaza</b>
</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1713879047539747_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1713879047539747_r.jpeg" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1713879074888326_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1713879074888326_r.jpeg" /><br />
<p><b>We lost everything we had when we left it to the horror of the scene under the weight of bombing and fire, not caring about our money, clothes, and papers. We are now... dispersed in displacement camps, and we are barely making ends meet. We live an inhumane life that animals do not accept, just to live escaping the scourges and horrors of war.</b>
</p>
<p><b>The war has dragged on and we have become depressed, helpless, sick and oppressed.</b>
</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1728560779187206_r.png" alt="79470689_1728560779187206_r.png" /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1718881309817017_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1718881309817017_r.jpeg" /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1718881494407848_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1718881494407848_r.jpeg" /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1718881576254279_r.jpeg" alt="79470689_1718881576254279_r.jpeg" />
<ul>
<li><b>I couldn't even escape with my car, which was all I had. I worked for years to save money for it, which cost me years of hard work to get it. It cost $35,000, but unfortunately it also became scattered waste, destroyed by this war. I had many memories in it, some happy and some sad, the last of which was that I held my close friend's wedding in it.</b>

<ul>
<li><b>I would like to introduce you to my beautiful mother</b>
</li>
</ul>
<p><b>I have no one but "Munira", the cheerful, educated woman with a master's degree in mental health.. She spent her life and her life in my service..</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>If I were to die in exchange for her life, I would not hesitate for a moment to give her mine..</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>She was living a wonderful and beautiful life and suddenly her life turned upside down</b>
</p>
<p><b>My mother has no children other than me, I am her only spoiled son, and my father left the country before the war and remained abroad unable to return or do anything for us..</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>We have no one but each other.. We are trying to hold on to this rosy life.. The life that wants to lead us to destruction in this war..</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>I am really afraid that she will get a scratch or hurt from it.. So what about you these days, death surrounds us from every side..</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>My mother is now living a very difficult life with me inside the damned tent, surrounded by a polluted environment, diseases and death, I want to save her outside, I am trying in every way to compensate for these difficult days that she went through, especially after The occupation has destroyed our home and our life; I will do everything I can to save it from these difficult days that will lead us to the abyss if we stay here.</b>

<ul>
<li>Let me introduce you to my uncle Mustafa, a man who bears the burdens of everyone with incredible patience, and his wife Leila, whose love weaves a warmth that defies the biting cold. With them are their children: Maryam, the flower struggling to bloom in barren soil; Ibrahim, who dares to dream despite the closed horizon; Marah, the girl carrying a name heavier than her innocent features; Hassan, the boy forced to grow up too soon; Fatima, whose eyes hold untold stories of endurance; and Rola, the youngest, who watches the world with questions brimming in her gaze.
</li>
</ul><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1735996424226980_r.jpg" alt="79470689_1735996424226980_r.jpg" /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1735995488679783_r.jpg" alt="79470689_1735995488679783_r.jpg" /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1735995516919155_r.jpg" alt="79470689_1735995516919155_r.jpg" />
<p>● My mother is with us, always present in her quiet strength, as am I, striving to be the wall they can lean on. Then there’s Hoboush, the little girl whose faint smile brings a glimmer of light to our dark lives. She grew up under my care after her father disappeared. Recently, we learned through contact with authorities that he is in captivity. Her mother had to travel abroad for treatment, leaving Hoboush in our embrace. I do my best to provide her with food, medicine, and the nurturing she needs..
</p><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1735995751277509_r.jpg" alt="79470689_1735995751277509_r.jpg" /><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_1735995779490264_r.jpg" alt="79470689_1735995779490264_r.jpg" /><br /><br />
<p>● We are eleven souls living under a single fragile tent.. a roof as delicate as our shattered dreams, offering no protection from the piercing cold or the relentless cruelty of this reality.
</p><br />
<p>We share the little food we have and endure immense pain together. Each day unveils a new window to death, as massacres and famine draw closer. We cling tightly to one another, as though we are the last thread of hope in a sea of destruction.
</p>
<p>Life here has become a silent battle for survival. There is no electricity to light our nights, no warmth to stave off the cold, and no safety to shield our stolen childhoods. Rising costs devour us, and hunger seeps into our dreams. Yet, we hold on to the remnants of our humanity. We eat together, suffer together, and weep silently for a homeland dying within us and for a future yet to be born.
</p>
<p>This is our story.. a tattered tent and hearts fiercely clinging to life, despite the encroaching death that surrounds us on all sides.
</p><br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79470689_173599588990380_r.jpg" alt="79470689_173599588990380_r.jpg" />
<ul>
<li> <b>From devastated Gaza… to your compassionate hearts </b>
</li>
</ul><br />
<p><b>From the depths of destruction and smoke, we dream of a new life, far away from wars, poverty, and pain. We dream of ending this suffering that we never chose. We have lived through days that stripped us of everything: the lives of our loved ones, our homes, our dreams, and even our most basic rights to live. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>All we ask for is what every human being deserves: to live in peace, to breathe love, and to enjoy health and safety. But the road to survival is not easy. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>Life has become an unbearable burden. We can barely secure our daily sustenance while trying to collect the costs of leaving the besieged Gaza Strip, where “exit coordination” through the Rafah crossing requires up to $5,000 per person, in addition to the basic living expenses we cannot afford. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>We are a family clinging to hope, dreaming of emerging from this hell unharmed, without physical or psychological scars. Isn’t it our right to live like the rest of humanity? To dream, to build a future for our children far from the echoes of bombs? </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>To those with pure hearts, every donation you make is not just an amount; it is a life saved, a dream restored, and hope reborn. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>Please donate to save me and my family. Every contribution brings us closer to the life we dream of. </b>
</p><br />
<p><b>Sending you love and hope from the heart of Gaza, </b>
</p>

<div>In Gaza, we cook food using fire due to the scarcity of gas, and the continuous search for clean water is a major challenge. These harsh conditions make life a constant struggle and suffering.

<div><strong>My Father's Injury</strong>
</div>
<div>My father, <strong>Jehad Jawdat Al-Turk</strong>, was seriously injured in the head and hand due to the brutal bombing in Gaza. He underwent surgery but now needs additional treatment and another operation for his hand. The three tendons in his right hand are severed, and doctors have emphasized the necessity of another surgery to save his hand.

<div><strong>We Deserve to Live!</strong>
</div>
<div>I have collected a picture of each of us and my siblings and put them into one image. I hope you will remember our faces because you might not see us tomorrow due to the war and danger we live in Gaza. I want everyone to remember us for the good within us, not just as numbers.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Due to the unexpected closure of the border crossing between Gaza and Egypt, our initial goal of relocating has had to be postponed. <strong>As a result, we are now focusing our fundraising efforts on securing essential needs such as food, shelter, and the means to live with dignity away from the dangerous areas we currently inhabit.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The situation on the ground is extremely challenging. Prices for basic goods have skyrocketed. For example, the price of tomatoes has risen to <strong>$4 </strong>per kilogram, compared to just <strong>$1 </strong>previously. The price of rice has increased from<strong> $2.50 to $10 per</strong> kilogram. Additionally, cooking oil now costs <strong>$24 per liter, up from $6.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Access to affordable food, water, and shelter has become increasingly difficult. Many families like ours are struggling to maintain even the most basic necessities of life. In this climate, every donation becomes crucial.

<div><br />
</div>

Support the Turk Family to Survive the War in Gaza

</div>
<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div>I reach out to you with a heavy heart, as my family here in Gaza has been enduring an unimaginable genocide for over a year, which intensified brutally from October 7, 2023, and continues relentlessly to this day. I have no other option left but to share this link, hoping to save my family of ten.
</div>
<div>The eldest among us is my sister RAHAF, who is married and has two angelic children—FADEL, two and a half years old, and KENAN, a year and a half. These children were stripped of their childhood far too soon, after their home was completely destroyed, leveled to the ground in the second month of the war. Now they have no shelter, no toys, and no warm clothing to protect them from the winter cold. They live in constant fear and cries, traumatized by the relentless explosions and terrifying bombardments.
</div>
<div>We are now seeking a safe haven amid horrifying conditions filled with hunger, severe cold, disease, and the threat of deadly epidemics. One of the gravest challenges my family faces is the looming shadow of starvation, alongside an acute shortage of life’s most basic necessities, especially for the children—milk, diapers, healthy food, and a warm shelter. We urgently need your support and donations, which could change our lives and help us survive this devastation.
</div>
<div>I hope this message reaches you in safety and well-being. With a heart full of hope, I ask for your help, as your donation would be a lifeline for a family torn apart by conflict, fear, and the struggle to survive.

Humanity Relief for Mohammed’s family

<div>Hi, my name is Robyn, I am a British citizen living in the UK. I am fundraising on behalf of the family of my dear friend Jamal who has been displaced from his home in Rafah. Jamal and his 12 other family members are now living in one makeshift tent in catastrophic conditions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the last 16 months, they have been struggling to survive, to find clean water and food, and they are suffering from malnutrition. They have been living in fear with the constant anxiety of being under heavy bombardment and the constant sound of drones. Jamal desperately wants to ensure the safety of his family. This fundraiser is to help them pay the price to evacuate to safety in Egypt. The situation is very difficult, they did not even want to make a go fund me because they are not used to asking people for help let alone begging for money, but this is their only option for survival and Jamal cannot see his family suffer like this any longer. Your donations will be what will save their life’s.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please help them by donating any amount that you can. If you cannot donate, please share their story and go fund me link. <div>We have lost everything, literally. Our losses are countless, the most important of which is the destruction of housing, the destruction of the workplace, and everything we dream of or aim for in terms of living with dignity and a life worthy of us. Our dreams have been shattered, as have the dreams of my children. Despite the terrible loss, I hope that you will help us build hope and life again and the ambition to live. The Generous, despite the difficulty of the current stage, we hope for your help to achieve some of our dreams.

I studied beauty and obtained international certificates and I prepared a small place to start practicing my favourite hobby Makeup Artist and it was not completed to achieve my dream only two years, the war” in 7 October” came and destroyed everything I dreamed of creating..... This is <strong> Basma Al-Ghoul</strong>, who has lost my entire workplace now. My husband and I worked hard to get a home for us and our children Toleen, Malak and Kamal. We got our first house before the war on Gaza five months. Unfortunately the tent is our home now.

<div><strong>Update(2)</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>November 10 st, 2024</strong>
</div>
<div>In the midst of war, stories are born—some from the noise of bombs and cries of fear , others from a mother’s tears as she watches her children , not only from the dangers of weapons but from hunger and disease .
</div>
<div>After 400 days of fierce war, fear, terror, and repeated displacement, we are living in the most difficult days of famine and the lack of any basic materials or even milk for children. We are waiting for the arrival of my baby girl, two months from now. The fear still continues until my baby girl arrives, that there will be continued famine and a lack of pampers or milk, and I am suffering. Unfortunately, due to bacterial syndrome in the kidneys and bladder, there is a fear of transmitting the infection to my daughter during birth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>update (3)</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>19/1/2025</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a year and four months, our family has grown, and we now have a new baby girl named Maryam. She is 20 days old now. The ceasefire was declared on the day she was born, and the war ended.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, our lives have become even harder due to the destruction left behind by the war. We don’t know where to start rebuilding our lives.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The bombing has stopped, and the war is over, but the real suffering has just begun! How will we live amidst all this destruction left by the war?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are back to zero—no home, no life, no friends, no money, no work, no health, no schools… as if we were born out of nothing in the desert.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is life after war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, we urgently need your donations to restore what remains of our home so we can continue our lives in peace and meet the needs of my four children, including my newborn daughter, Maryam, who is just 20 days old. She requires so much care—diapers, milk, clothes, and other essentials.

</div>

My family, our dreams need your help.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi I’m Antonia Bithell and I’m helping raise emergency funds for Elham, a young lady in Gaza who needs our help. She was a successful student until her university was destroyed by IOF. The money will be used for food, water, every day necessities and hopefully one day soon evacuation. Below is her story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Ilham Hamdan from Gaza, I am twenty-one years old, a university student, but because of the war I did not complete my education. I lost my father when I was three years old, and after that my mother, sisters and I lived together. We suffered a lot because of poverty, so I worked hard in my school and then university. I was one of the top students hoping to get a job and make up for everything for my family, but I studied for two years in university and got a scholarship because of my excellence. I have two years left to complete because of the war and genocide we are currently living. First, we were forcibly displaced from our home in Khan Younis by bullets and shooting at us, I suffered many injuries in my feet and I was psychologically exhausted. We went to Rafah in a tent for about four months amidst diseases, poverty and pollution. I suffered a lot because of the widespread diseases and I got hepatitis, from which I recovered with difficulty, thanks to God. Then after the invasion of Rafah we returned to our completely burned house in Khan Younis and we had to "live in it because there was nowhere else to go, we had no source of income. We usually eat thanks to the few aid boxes that reach us, and when they are not available we bake bread by putting the bread dough on a metal surface that sometimes rusts a little and then we light a fire to bake the dough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But by cooking bread directly on the metal we risk getting diseases and stomach pains that we cannot treat, because as you know there are not many hospitals and doctors here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our living conditions are absolutely catastrophic. We do not enjoy a proper level of hygiene and we cannot maintain a decent health condition.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"We have lost all the energy in our bodies and souls, and our psychological state is destroyed because of what we see every day, so I decided to create a special bond for me and my family
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"I guarantee you all that life in Gaza is not as easy as the world makes you believe. I love Gaza, it was a beautiful place and it still is an important place for me today. Gaza is where I grew up and made my memories, it is where I made Life..."
</div>
<div>And I, Antonia Bethel, tell you:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Can you feel the nostalgia and pain in these statements?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because she did not complete her education and graduate before her university was bombed, Ilham did not get a degree to be able to work, but she did not lose her knowledge. She wants to continue her studies in Arabic abroad, most likely in Europe. Don't you want to help her achieve her dream?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let's make their dreams come true, only we can!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I will use the money to evacuate Gaza, to continue with my life and rebuild my future. Most importantly, I will use your money to make my mother and all my family happy again! Imagine how happy you will make me to help me be the one to give my family the life they used to have again!! All thanks to your donations, God willing (God willing)" -
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How will I use the money you will donate to me (my campaign goal):
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1. Complete my educational journey abroad when the crossing opens and my dream comes true, and this will cost me $5,000 or more.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2. Evacuate me and my mother from here, and this will cost me $10,000, $5,000 for each person. (I am very attached to my mother and cannot leave her here, so I will evacuate her with me.)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>3. In order to be able to buy household necessities amidst the unreasonable prices, we need $70 a day for lunch for four people in my family. I hope you will stand by me, we need $50 to $70 a day to survive. Of course, life here is unstable and we may have to flee at any moment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

Help Elham Hamdan to survive life in Gaza

<div><br />

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Since the attacks of October 7, 2023 and the Israeli response on the Gaza Strip, Gazans have been deprived of the most basic needs: hygiene, medical care, food and drinking water. As Israeli bombardments continue to rage, a shortage of drinking water and severe famine have taken hold in the Gaza Strip. Food prices continue to soar, making it impossible for all Palestinians to feed themselves.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Yet, despite the alarming appeals of various NGOs and the Secretary General of the United Nations, as well as the order issued by the International Court of Justice on January 26, 2024, enjoining Israel to take all measures to prevent genocide in Gaza and to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid, the Israeli army continues to block humanitarian aid convoys attempting to enter the Gaza Strip.

Help Ghazi’s family to evacuate the Gaza Strip

<div>My name is Alaa, I am raising fundraiser to help my Sister Heba. Heba, along with her family, our parents, five sisters, and two brothers, are enduring immense hardship in Gaza due to the ongoing war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Below, Heba shares her tragic story...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Heba Says:
</div>
<div>My name is Heba. My husband, Tareq Abusabha, and we have three beautiful children: Ziad, Kinan, and Seela. We all live in Gaza, trying to build a life amidst the turmoil.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80832375_1718773340500151_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We once had a happy and beautiful life, filled with love and hope, despite the challenges that surrounded us. Our home in Gaza was a place where laughter echoed and dreams flourished amidst the tumultuous backdrop of daily struggles. My husband Tareq and I cherished our three children each a precious gift in our lives. Despite the hardships, we found moments of joy in simple pleasures, building our dreams together with determination and resilience.
</div>
<div>We began furnishing our home little by little whenever we could save some money. Saving only happened when I worked; otherwise, there was no way to set anything aside since the stationery store barely covered our basic needs like food and essentials. At that time, Tareq was still establishing the stationery store from the ground up. The first time I worked, I bought bedroom sets for us and the children. It took us a year and a half to afford a TV, and just a few months ago, we finally bought sofas and curtains, fixing up the living room. We hadn't even had the chance to enjoy them before everything was taken away. Due to the ongoing war our home now is destroyed, uninhabitable, and we have nowhere to go.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80832375_1718773209642873_r." width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tareq, who studied mathematics, initially worked for various institutions. However, after his contract ended, he couldn't find another job due to the lack of opportunities. In the first two years of our marriage, we provided private tutoring for students, but the income was insufficient to cover household expenses. So, he worked as a taxi driver while still giving lessons, but unfortunately he had an accident and decided to open a stationery store. During this time, we continued tutoring as well. However, all this work barely covered the basics, and our family was growing. When we opened the stationery store, we had our son Ziad, and I was pregnant with Kinan. The stationery store was set up in a small shop below our house. Tareq borrowed 1000 USD and sold a bracelet for 1200 USD. With this meager amount, he furnished the shop and bought some initial stock, starting with an almost empty store. Gradually, he added items—one day a printer, another day a stapler, then books, a laminating machine, a photocopier, and perfumes. Eventually, the store was filled with stationery, toys, gifts, car accessories, and perfumes. Over time, the total value of materials in the stationery store grew to over 30,000 USD. But this success came at a great personal cost; Tareq worked from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, without rest. This dedication came at the expense of his health and our family time. He rarely saw us or spent time with us. We deprived ourselves of everything to ensure the store's success and to cover our basic needs so we wouldn't have to ask for money from anyone. However, the store was completely destroyed due to the war, and we lost our sole source of income.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, our situation had started to improve because I had found a temporary daily job. We managed to save some money and borrowed $3,000 to buy a car for $5,000. Tragically, the car was completely destroyed. We had only had it for four months and hadn't yet repaid the borrowed amount.

</div>
<div>Ziad... our precious boy. Everyone in Gaza suffers from the scarcity of clean and salty water. At that time Our neighbors didn’t have clean drinking water, so he went to his grandfather’s house to fill two bottles of water for them. At that moment, the neighbor's house next to the kitchen was bombed. When the bombing occurred, I didn't know where he was—whether he was upstairs at his grandfather's or at the neighbor’s house that got bombed. In a state of panic, I rushed upstairs and found him lying on the ground, injured, and his grandparents removing the rubble from him. His grandfather said that he was buried in the rubble with only his head visible. His injuries were severe, and he was rushed to Al-Awda Hospital, where he spent more than two agonizing hours in surgery due to uncontrollable bleeding. When he came out of surgery, his entire body was wounded, his jaw was broken, and he was unconscious with his head heavily bandaged. The doctor said we would have to wait until the next day to send him to the Indonesian Hospital for a head scan because they couldn’t do anything without an image. But we couldn’t wait—his condition was deteriorating rapidly. We were transferred by ambulance, and they scanned his head, discovering a fracture in the brainstem. His condition was critical. They decided to operate, but the results were uncertain—either death or severe disability, possibly losing hearing, sight, movement, or bowel control, or suffering a mental disability. It was unlikely he would come out of it unscathed. During the operation, there was so much bleeding that part of his brain protruded. The operation was completed, and the doctor said, hopefully, it would be successful. In the ICU, he showed signs of improvement; they removed the breathing apparatus, and he responded to our voices. However, due to the lack of space and existence of other more urgent cases, he was discharged from intensive care. His condition began to deteriorate again due to poor care and the overwhelming number of casualties. Two days before his death, his arm and leg started swelling, likely from clots due to immobility. He should have received physical therapy, but the lack of care was a problem. On November 20th, shortly before the truce, the hospital was attacked. Tareq had to carry him in his arms and flee, running all the way to Kamal Adwan Hospital, desperately calling out for doctors, but they couldn’t do much. They sent him in an ambulance to Al-Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital, but on the way, Tareq noticed he had stopped breathing. He asked the paramedic to check his pulse, but the paramedic could not respond. It seemed the paramedic realized he was dead but didn’t want to say. When they arrived at the hospital, the doctor checked him and found no pulse—Ziad was gone. It was an unbearably difficult time, and we couldn't even bury him in a proper cemetery like many others. He was wrapped in a shroud and buried beside Abu Rashid's pool under a tree. During the truce, we moved him to the Beit Lahia cemetery.

</div>
<div>Our lives have been shattered, and the pain of losing Ziad is an unbearable burden we carry with us every day. The ache in our hearts deepens with each passing moment, a constant reminder of the irreplaceable void left in our family. His absence echoes through our home, in the laughter silenced and the dreams left unfulfilled. We navigate each day with heavy hearts, longing for the warmth of his smile and the sound of his voice. Our world has forever changed, and though we try to move forward, the pain remains a constant companion, a testament to the profound loss we endure. However, we must press on, fighting to nurture and raise his siblings, guiding them through this tragedy, and helping them to heal, even as we carry the weight of our profound loss.

Heba's Heart-Wrenching Story of Survival and Loss in Gaza

<div>Hello everyone, I am Ahmed Qandeel from the Gaza Strip, specifically Rafah l have 27 old.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have suffered since the beginning of the war, just as my people have suffered.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I used to work in the West Bank as aconstruction worker, but when the war began, I was arrested, imprisoned, tortured and beaten without any reason.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I spent 15 days there, and they were the most difficult days of my life there, away from my family, my wife and my only son, Ashraf, who is a year and a half old.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On the 16th day, I was released and transferred to Gaza. When I returned to my parents, brothers, wife and son, I suffered with them from the war and hunger.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Until now, I am suffering from the symptoms of imprisonment and my memory cannot forget those two weeks, the worst 15 days of my life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since I returned to my family, I have been suffering from the expenses of the war and the high prices because I lost my job in the West Bank and I have been without work and without a source of income for 11 months.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It was difficult for me to bring diapers to my son because of their scarcity in the market and their high prices.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I created this link to help me meet my needs and help my family and get them out to safety outside the Strip.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My son My dear Ashraf, whom I want to grow up far from wars and pain. I hope you help me and understand what I mean by him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you all, my friends.

“A Humanitarian Appeal from Gaza: A Family’s Struggle for Sa

<div>Hello, my name is Angel Lopez from Arizona, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Aya and her family. She is the sister of my friend Eslam Gheelan, <a href="https://gofund.me/031c34cc" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">who has her own fundraiser</a> that you should consider donating to as well.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Their lives and home have been decimated and I plead for you to read her story in her words and consider donating:</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>"Hello friends, we will tell you our sad story

</div>

<div>I am Aya, an outstanding high school student. I was very happy to be on the verge of achieving my dream of finishing my school studies and achieving what I aspired to, which is to become a doctor.

</div>

<div>My family of 8 and a beautiful cat named Katie were living a beautiful and peaceful life, each of us striving to achieve our dreams.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We had our beautiful house in Khan Yunis. Recently, we were celebrating my sister Heba’s fourth place in the Gaza Strip in the Arabic language recruitment exam. Our life was like material and emotional perfection. We did not feel deprived or lacking anything.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My sister Lina is a university student. Her dream was to become a psychologist to help mentally ill people in the Strip.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My brother Ahmed was the most beautiful gift from God. He came after 20 years of being deprived of male siblings. After completing his studies, he became a water carrier and took on a great responsibility beyond his capacity.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We also had two little butterflies, the apple of the house, and Jana, the favorites of their teachers and friends at school.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Then the war broke out and everything was turned upside down. We were forced to leave the house after quadcopters surrounded us, tanks surrounded us, and we saw death right in front of our eyes, but we miraculously escaped.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We were displaced several times on foot. Feet, then our end was in a tent that did not protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer, and there were poisonous insects and scorpions around us, there was no clean water or healthy food, so my family and I got hepatitis and a lot of intestinal infections.

</div>

<div>We were shocked that our house was bombed and destroyed and the features of the house disappeared from the face of the earth, so we felt very sad and despair took over us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Life here in Gaza is expensive, we cannot buy the minimum necessities of life, imagine that the price of a kilo of tomatoes is $50, and the price of a bag of flour is $200, life here is like a famine! My father is a nervous patient and my mother suffers from chronic pressure and they need continuous treatment and medications. We suffer from bringing water from long distances, and from the high prices of food and cleaning materials and water pollution. What we have suffered most in this war is the loss of members of our family, and this is the hardest thing we have been through. We have lost 20 members of our family. Please help us bear the very high cost of living until we evacuate from Gaza and save our lives. The cost per person is $5,000. Help us, you are the only hope left."

<div>I am Haifa, a mother of 3 children, Youssef, hifaaa823 Jourie and Joan, from the southern Gaza Strip. On 12/10/2023, the house was bombed and we got out from under the rubble. Most of those in our house were martyrs, but thank God, my children and I were not harmed. I am now responsible for them. I am trying to provide them with food and drink with difficulty because I do not have any income. We have been displaced more than once from one tent to another, from one place to another. I am now going through very difficult circumstances. I hope that you<span style="color:inherit;font-family:inherit;font-size:1rem;"> will help me with that, please</span>

Help Haifa and Her Children Rebuild Their Lives

<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Israa Abusaid and I'm organising this fundraiser to request your help for me and my brother Jamal, who lost his wife and all four of his kids, and for my sister in law Abeer (The widow of my martyr brother)and her two kids Makeen and Masa .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On October 31st 2023, my parents flat located in a five story residential building in Nuseirat Camp, the Engineers Tower was bombed and flattened to ground. Our life has changed forever since then as I lost almost my entire family in this merciless aggression, 23 members of my immediate family including my father, my mother, my auntie, my brother, my five sisters, sister in-law, brother in-law and 12 innocent and beloved children, my nieces and nephews are all killed and their voices are silenced forever, that is the grandparents and 20 of their children, in-laws and grandchildren.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>I ask for your help during this very difficult time of pain and loss. please help me after I lost my family family and my brother Jamal lost his wife and all his four kids. Sadly, two of his children, Khaled and Rawad, are still under the rubble, and we can’t reach them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are now homeless, moving from place to place, from one school to another, always afraid. Recently, we were in a school that was bombed while we were inside, and we had to flee again. Right now, we are living in a tent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My brother’s widow, Abeer, and her children are with us, and there is no safety or comfort. The situation is very difficult. We have no clean water, not enough food, and no income. We rely completely on aid coming into Gaza, but it’s not enough. Many people, including us, are not getting any help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Abeer is struggling to care for her children, and prices for food, water, and medicine are rising. Without any support, we are just trying to survive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am urgently asking for help. We need assistance to stay alive and to take care of the children who have no one to care for them.

Save the rest of my family in Gaza

<div>I honestly don’t know how to begin…. On September 12th, <strong>my firstborn’s life was taken</strong>. At the age of only 18. I called my son at 9:28 pm to see when he was coming home. His last words to me were, “Mom, I’m on my way home.” I'm coming to terms and trying to understand the true meaning. I was thinking that meant he was coming home to me, but in reality, he was on his way home to JESUS. I’m laying here in bed as I’m typing this, and it’s just so unreal and hard for me. Before I even thought about creating this page, I was handling some of the business that needs to be taken care of to bury my son. His funeral will be covered. But due to life and the prices of everything else, <strong>I’m here to ask for whatever help is possible</strong>. I received a lot of calls from everyone, and honestly, I really just don’t like asking. But in this case, I want to find a big place after the funeral so everyone that wants to come celebrate Jeremy’s new life is welcomed. It’s more than just paying for the cost of the place, but trying to get everything else together with it. I know I don’t have to explain because you all know. I’m creating this to make it easier for everything to go in one fund. So if you want to donate, I’m forever grateful, and if you just don’t have it, I’m still forever grateful. Praying for me and all his family is the biggest gift and love you can ever give me. Unfortunately, money is what we need to actually get by. I just want to say thank you all for your continued support. Yesterday showed me my baby was loved not just by family.

Help a veteran and his dog back into an apartment

<div>I am Rami Mohammed al-Khodary from Palestine Gaza City
</div>
<div>I talk to you with a heavy heart with the weight of my family's struggle. Our world was turned upside down on October 12, 2023, and we were forced to flee our house in northern Gaza, leaving behind everything we knew and loved, a family of 10.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now we find ourselves in Deir al-Balah, southern Gaza, currently living in a small, unprepared warehouse, lacking even the most basic necessities such as water and electricity. With ten of us confined to this space for far fewer, every day is a battle for survival.
</div>
<div>Adding to the challenges we face is the arrival of a new member of our family, my brother's newborn baby. Born in these difficult circumstances, he faces a future without proper medical care or even the most basic necessities such as milk and vaccinations.
</div>
<div>‎
</div>
<div>We dream of escaping this cycle of suffering, finding shelter and hope elsewhere. But the path to freedom is blocked by exorbitant fees, an insurmountable obstacle for a family already teetering on the brink of despair.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That's why we turn to you, with hope in our hearts and call for help on our lips. Your support, no matter how small, can make a big difference to us. It can mean the difference between continuing hardship and an opportunity for a better life.
</div>
<div>Your generosity will not only save us, it will also save countless people who find themselves trapped in similar circumstances.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help, we can cross the border into Egypt and begin rebuilding our broken lives.
</div>

<div>Hi friend, my name is Ellen and this fundraiser is for my daughter Adrienne's emergency oral surgery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On May 9 my daughter broke a molar which subsequently became infected. We borrowed money for an emergency appointment with a very nice dentist who prescribed an antibiotic and referred her to an oral surgeon. I don't know how it is elsewhere, but here the wait times average 6 months. But after calling every practice in two counties, I found a provider an hour away that had a consultation available on May 27. So we borrowed more money for that consultation and found out a few of things. First, there are three teeth that must be removed. Second, her sinuses are "low" and will need to be plugged after extraction (which is the complication the first dentist saw). Third the infection has already spread to her sinuses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The severity and progression of the infection are major concerns for Adrienne. Short version: she is prone to sepsis due to extenuating medical conditions and is antibiotic resistant because of having had so many infections in the recent past. We cannot put this off.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We must pay all of the estimated cost of $3000 before her appointment on June 13. Please help, share, and pray the infection doesn't spread. We almost lost her twice in the past four years and her good work has barely started. Thank you in advance. We humbly and gratefully accept your blessing

Support Adrienne's Urgent Oral Surgery

<div>Damon Price was a hardworking father and brother who worked at the Houston Farmers Market to provide a better life for his children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>On June 6, at 4:19 a.m., Damon was tragically murdered by two 14-year-olds trying to steal a golf cart after they broke into Houston Farmer's Market. </strong>Damon didn't stand a chance when he confronted the perpetrators alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, his children have to grow up without a father and his family is grappling with the large hole that his senseless death has left.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Support is needed to cover funeral-related expenses, with the rest of the money going towards setting up a fund for his children.

Fund for Damon's Children and Funeral Expenses

<font color="#333333">Hi everyone, my dad and I have been struggling extremely hard for a year, after my mom died burying us in debt, then my cat got very sick and died. <br /><br />In summary: I’m an lgbtq person with multiple medical issues, including cptsd which has made it extremely hard to get a job as I cannot drive at all. I was my mother’s caretaker for the pandemic until we lost her. <br /><br />All these issues have left us high and dry. I don’t have any of my medicines anymore trying to get the bills ahead: no one is helping us since my father is employed, but he’s 67 and works for the post office. (Who do stuff like force him off on holidays so he can’t get ahead in his pay). <br /><br />Our house payment needs help catching up, as well as our electric bill. The expenses of a broken down car, the loss of our beloved family cat and the still looming issues from my mom (his wife dying) without any life insurance after spending almost all of 2022 in the hospital, has depleted us. <br /><br />Please help us get back on our feet.<br /><br />——————<br />For the long version, last September my mom died after spending most of the year in the hospital, with cancer and then Covid. She had no life insurance. The extreme burden of that got us behind in all of our bills. Since my father is 67 years old, but still employed, he can’t get much help. Bankruptcy only helps if we get the bills caught up.<br /><br /> I have ptsd (and cannot drive), after being violently assaulted with a gun and am struggling to find remote from home work to supplement the income. <br /><br />Right now we are buried under ballooned payments and hardships, as my father also ended up with even less hours at work, not getting holiday pay anymore, and had a car that probably won’t make the winter. We can’t get ahead alone. With help, our lives will be saved. We just need a clean slate. <br /><br />Once on our feet, we will be able to handle basic bills and stuff. It’s just been so much at once. It seems like every week of 2023 was more bad news. We need to make a balloon payment on our home by December 5th… <br /><br />My father came to this country and worked his whole life, and seeing all the hardships he’s endured, including racism, poverty, and everything he did to get this far is incredibly inspiring. He lost the love of his life, and their little cat. <br /><br />Help me keep my promise to my mom. Before she faded the last time and was taken to hospice, she asked me to take care of dad. And she was proud to know I would fix everything. I tried. And I am making progress but it’s not fast enough. <br /><br />If you read all this, thank you. </font><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/76488289_1699727316113262_r.jpg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="76488289_1699727316113262_r.jpg" />

Help widower save home after losing everything

<div><strong>Update:</strong>   Since the passing of Sunshine Rae, Josh has been devastated and depressed.  We have changed the focus of this campaign to better suit Josh.  We are raising money to help Joshua pay legal fees (Attorney, court costs), housing costs and for his mental health needs (he suffers from PTSD) and will need a service dog.  No one will ever replace the bond he and Sunshine Rae shared but we pray that we can find a dog that can help Josh just as much as Sunshine Rae did.  <br /><br />Thank you to everyone who has supported Josh and Sunshine Rae. <br /><br /><strong>Original Campaign: </strong><br />Mr. Joshua Rohrer and his dog Sunshine are homeless and they are usually on Cox Rd by the TJ Maxx shopping center.  He is such a nice guy and his dog is precious. However, tonight someone was bothered seeing them and called the police. The details are sketchy but Mr. Rohrer was arrested and charged with 3 misdemeanors and infraction and during the arrest his dog was tased. Obviously, this is upsetting. Sunshine is currently in a safe location awaiting her owner. We are looking to help him post bond ($3000) and possibly some extra money to help with his new court costs and food for him and sunshine. If you can help - any amount would be appreciated!<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />

Justice for Homeless Vet Joshua and Sunshine Rae

<div>My father, Granville Smith, is a 75 year old disabled veteran. This past Friday he lost all of his belongings in a house fire and now is homeless and currently without money for housing and food. My father fell in the fire, blistering his toes which is dangerous as he is diabetic. He also hit his head and injured his knee trying to fight the fire himself and has suffered lung damage from the smoke and fire extinguisher chemicals.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My Dad has also been struggling mightly with his mental illness and addiction issues. For many years he has been stable and well cared for but he had a series of tragic events that turned our world upside down. This began with a heart attack after Thankgiving for which he was hospitalized. In December he had a major car accident when he was ran into by a semi truck that crushed him in his car and dragged him 600 yards and gave him a severe traumatic brain injury and shrapnel wounds.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>These multiple stresses have all been exacerbating his challenges with making sound decisions. His mobility issues have lead to multiple falls on his head - including smashing his head through a glass coffee table  . This left him in a position where he was unable to keep up with his bills and unfortunately his USAA rental insurance lapsed and was cancelled. The apartment management company now says that the fire was his fault that he must pay for all of repairs to rehabilitate his apartment. We expect the damages to be over $50,000.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please consider a donation to help my father. I give my word that it will be used to pay his debt for damages to his apartment and for expenses related to replacing his belongings. It will also help us to cover the initial expenses of getting my father into a home that can fully address his complicated needs. My Dad served our country admirably during the Vietnam War and has suffered greatly from that experience. I hope that we can find a safe place for my dad to see out his remaining years by lifting the burden of these expenses so that we can live a more peaceful life.
