I am A Doe. On April 2, 2026, I filed a 34-page complaint, In Pro Per, (self-represented) in San Francisco Superior Court against a high-profile attorney. Eight causes of action. Verified, sworn under penalty of perjury. I am not an attorney. I did not go to law school. But silence is not an option for me; sexual assault survivors rarely have physical evidence. I do. Staying silent with my evidence would be a betrayal of myself, and of every other survivor of sexual violence. No one will ever care more about justice for my body than me. Pursuing this case myself has had a cost. In time, in money, in what it takes to keep going. I am humbly asking for support from my community, which is why I am here. I have evidence, my cats, and you. Every dollar and every share on social media helps! My fundraising goals cover: Housing and basic living/ pet expenses so I can stay in this fight. Legal costs, such as a process server and ongoing court fees. Unused funds will be donated in full to FreeFrom.org, a nonprofit dedicated to financial safety and independence for survivors of gender-based violence. I will post updates every month.
