 The Clark Family received "that" news earlier this year, and their beloved Jessica is now in the fight of her life. Her husband Paul and son Ben want to get her THE best possible medical care, but unfortunately much of that is NOT covered by insurance.

 Jessica has Frontotemporal dementia - which is a progressive brain disease that damages the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain. This usually is found in people between the ages of 40-65. Jessica is 54.
</div>

 There are 7 stages of the progression of this disease. In February it was determined that she was stage 2 - our meeting with her neurologist in July - determined she is now early stage 7.
</div>

 The family had a home visit assessment done last month, but it was decided that Jessica was too far in her progression to be a candidate for their services. It is best for her to be in a facility that can help her with all her care. Jessica needs assistance eating, getting dressed, showering and other daily routines. She is not able to walk on her own, and has lost most of her ability to talk. She can also be aggressive at times.

 The last seven months have hit hard - physically - emotionally and financially. Costs for putting Jessica in a "Good" facility that will be able to care for her daily needs is estimated to be anywhere between 8k-10k a month in NOVA; unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover most of this.

 The Clark's are a wonderful family, and Jessica is an amazing person struck with something that none of us could imagine having to watch a loved one go through. Annette, who was living in South Carolina at the time, was in the midst of starting a new chapter in her life, beginning a new job, and did not yet have access to benefits to cover the expenses of her funeral and memorial service.

<div>We are asking for your support to bring Annette back to her family and friends here, so that we can honor her memory with the proper service she deserves. Any contributions, no matter the size, will help us bring her home and cover the costs of the memorial and other expenses.

<div>This is a rare and aggressive cancer developing in skeletal muscles. Scans determined it has spread in the abdomen, right leg, and lymph nodes.

<div>Liliana had a port placed on her chest September 22nd and began to receive weekly chemotherapy in attempt to reduce the size of the tumors. She will also be having radiation. Currently, the tumors are too large to safely surgically remove.

<div>Liliana turned 2 in June and started nursery school in September. She has the biggest personality—smart, funny, sweet, sassy, and independent. She has been a rockstar so far, but Liliana has a long journey ahead.

<div>Her parents, Rosie and Justin, will be missing work to help her through the process, so any financial assistance would be appreciated. For convenience for their family, Rosie’s mom will be receiving the payments, but all money will be allocated towards care for Liliana.
