<div>Hi my name is shaheen I am in empty container transport industry with over 14 years of first hand experience with 2 super b doubles left from a fleet of 10 trucks. Im looking to make a very much needed change in our work environment and business development. For the past 10 years our industry has been overlooked by bigger transport companies or in my opinion they are gate keeping any access to raise rates for a community of 100 individual sub contractors throughout Sydney. I have been harrasted bullied physically assaulted my container park management the director of one particular transport company made it clear to me &amp; i quote "ill have you dead if you don't f@#k off" only when I went to tell him what his staff were doing. Our OH&amp;S REGULATIONS aren't regulated neither is our NHVR REGULATIONS which risk every day family men of harmful injury and at the same time take their hard earned money by not increasing rates but demanding we do longer illegal hours to make ends meet. Im standing up against this behaviour and all the clowns who refuse to acknowledge the amount of hard work and dedication it take to build a successful transport business with honest foundations and high levels of integrity that will outlast any wrongdoing by any corrupt enterprise. <div>So money will be used to set up a new company with new workers rights and entitlements alongside workplace rules and obligations under the new legislation, the money will be used for lawyers and any further Investigation required by any magistrate.  A large sum will be banked for payment on a weekly basis to subcontractors, rather then the  3 to 5 weeks waiting period as it currently stands.  I do intend on having share holders as it is a for profit organisation but I do believe in giving back to our community in need.
