<div>Hi, I'm Nate Kose. As a 17-year old student athlete, I've faced my own struggles with mental health and well-being. These experiences have not only made me stronger but have also given me a deep sense of empathy for others who are going through similar challenges. I understand what it feels like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, and I want to use my story to inspire hope and support for those who feel overwhelmed.

<div>My dream is for everyone whether they are boys, men, girls, or women to know that there is always a solution to life’s struggles, and that taking your own life is never the answer. I believe Mental health is the most important factor in living a successful and fulfilling life. That’s why I’ve set a goal to raise $10,000 over the next year to donate to the nonprofit organization TWLOHA (To Write Love on Her Arms), which provides support and resources for people struggling with mental health and addiction.
