Our lives changed in an instant. At just 31 weeks pregnant, our twins made their unexpected entrance into the world. What was supposed to be months away suddenly became emergency doctors, alarms, and words no parent is ever ready to hear. Before we could even process what was happening, our babies were rushed to the NICU. One of the most terrifying moments of our lives came when they had to be flown by helicopter to a higher-level hospital for critical care. Watching your newborns — so tiny, so fragile — placed into an isolette and loaded into a helicopter is something no parent is prepared for. We stood there praying as the helicopter lifted off, trusting God with the lives of our sons. The NICU Battle Born at 31 weeks, our twins faced: • Underdeveloped lungs • Breathing support and oxygen • Feeding tubes • Constant monitoring • Long days and sleepless nights in the NICU Every gram gained feels like a victory. Every stable oxygen reading feels like a miracle. Every time we’re allowed to hold them skin-to-skin feels like heaven on earth. One of our boys is still fighting and growing stronger every day. We are so proud of their strength — they are true little warriors. The Unexpected Costs Along with the emotional toll, the financial burden has been overwhelming: • Emergency helicopter transport • NICU hospitalization • Specialist care • Time off work • Travel back and forth to the hospital • Ongoing medical expenses No one plans for a premature birth, and no one prepares for the cost of emergency air transport. Why We’re Asking for Help As hard as it is to ask, we need help. We want to focus on being present for our babies — not worrying about bills stacking up while we sit beside incubators. Your support will go directly toward medical expenses, travel, and time missed from work so we can be with our twins during this critical time. If you feel led to give, share, or simply pray for our family, we are deeply grateful. We truly believe God has a purpose for these boys. They’ve already shown us what faith, resilience, and unconditional love look like in the smallest bodies. Thank you for standing with us during the hardest and most sacred season of our lives. With gratitude and hope, The Bravo Family
