 Help Ty After an Unimaginable Family Tragedy
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Our family is heartbroken to share the devastating loss of my sister, Violet, who tragically lost her life in an act of domestic violence involving her husband. In the same heartbreaking incident, Ty’s father also passed away, leaving Ty to face a future without either of his parents.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 There are simply no words to describe the pain of losing Violet this way. Our family is grieving an unimaginable loss while trying to navigate the many challenges that come with such a sudden tragedy. Above all else, our hearts are with Ty, who deserves to feel safe, loved, and supported as he begins a new chapter of his life.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are coming together as a family to make sure Ty has a stable home, loving people around him, and every opportunity to grow up surrounded by the care and support he deserves.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are asking for help to cover Violet’s funeral and memorial expenses, legal fees related to Ty’s custody and future, relocation costs, and the many unexpected expenses that come with rebuilding a life after such a devastating loss. Donations will also help provide for Ty’s everyday necessities, clothing, counseling, and long-term well-being as we work to give him the stability and security he needs.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 No amount of money can undo this tragedy or replace the parents Ty has lost. But with the support of our family, friends, and community, we hope to ease some of the financial burdens during this incredibly difficult time and ensure that Ty has every resource possible to move forward.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 If you are able to donate, we are deeply grateful. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this fundraiser and keeping Ty and our family in your thoughts means more than we can express.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Thank you for showing our family compassion, kindness, and love when we need it most. We want to honor Violet’s memory by surrounding Ty with love, protecting his future, and giving him the opportunity to heal and thrive.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For Violet. For Ty. For the future he deserves.
</div>

Honoring Violets memory and supporting Ty’s future

<div>On October 15, 2026, our community experienced something no parent, child or family should ever have to endure. The unimaginable violence at Silver Rail Elementary School has forever changed lives and left our beloved community of Bend heartbroken.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the midst of that tragedy, one father stepped forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>His name is Kaylub Giamanco.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaylub is a husband to Kelsey Giamanco, a father to two beautiful girls, ages 5 and 10, and someone I am incredibly fortunate to call a very dear friend. My name is Amy and I have lived in Bend for 24 years. I have known the Giamanco family since 2003. My daughter grew up with their family and we have maintained a close friendship with them over 20 years. They are good, kind hearted people, and we would expect nothing less from Kaylub.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He has called Bend home since middle school. He grew up here, built his life here and chose to raise his own family in the same community that raised him. Both of his daughters attend Silver Rail Elementary.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When the unthinkable happened at their school, Kaylub took action. He followed the gunman into the building and stopped him, putting his own life at risk in the process.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>People are calling him a hero. And while his actions were extraordinarily brave, those of us who know Kaylub know that he would simply say he did what any loving father and community member would have done.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But what Kaylub did was anything but ordinary.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He acted out of love. Love for his daughters, love for the children inside that school and love for the community he has called home for most of his life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And now, as the immediate danger has passed, Kaylub and his family are left to process something no family should ever have to experience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Being brave does not mean being unaffected. Being a hero does not mean you don't need help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaylub, his wife Kelsey and their two young daughters have an incredibly difficult road ahead of them. The emotional and psychological impact of this tragedy cannot be overstated, and they deserve the time, space and resources to begin healing together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising funds to help support their family with:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- Trauma-informed therapy and mental health care for Kaylub, Kelsey and both of their daughters
</div>
<div>- Lost income and everyday living expenses while Kaylub takes time away from work to be with his family
</div>
<div>- Any additional needs that arise as they navigate the days, weeks and months ahead
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to give this family the freedom to focus on one another without the added weight of financial uncertainty.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But there is something else Kaylub wants people to understand.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>**Good has to come from this. Things have to change. Our children deserve to be safe at school.**
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No parent should have to wonder whether their child will come home at the end of the day. No child should have to experience this kind of fear. And no family should have to endure the unimaginable grief that our community is experiencing right now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaylub's actions were courageous, but he should never have been placed in a situation where such courage was necessary.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He wants this tragedy to mean something. He wants it to lead to meaningful change, to conversations that matter and to a future where our children are safer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we support Kaylub and his family, we also hold close the families whose lives have been forever changed, especially those grieving loved ones and those facing the long road to recovery. Our hearts are with every child, educator, parent and family affected by this devastating tragedy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Bend is more than the place we live. It is our home. It is our community. And right now, one of our own needs us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are able to donate, no amount is too small. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and helping us surround this family with the love and support they deserve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaylub was there for our community in a moment of unimaginable fear.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>**Now it's our turn to be there for him.**
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Kaylub, Kelsey and their girls.
</div>

Stand With Kaylub: A Father's Courage at Silver Rail

<div>On June 13th, 2026, 10 minutes after celebrating the Knicks championship win, our dog was fatally shot right outside our home. Jameson was 2 years old, and he was taken from us too soon. Anyone who’s met Jameson would tell you he is the sweetest boy in the world. Please help us raise money to get Justice for Jameson and any cremation fees.

Justice for Jameson: Help Us Honor His Memory

My name is Miguell, and I recently graduated high school. Graduation was one of the biggest milestones of my life, but it was also one of the hardest days I’ve experienced. After walking across the stage, I watched classmates celebrate with their families while I stood alone. My mom has passed away, and I don’t have the support system that many people are fortunate to have. I shared a video of that moment online, never expecting it to reach anyone. To my surprise, thousands of people saw it and many reached out asking how they could help. This GoFundMe was created because of those requests.
<br />
<br />
 Right now, I am trying to build stability for myself. I don’t have a vehicle, which makes getting to work and handling everyday responsibilities much harder. I work long hours and often pick up doubles just to cover basic expenses like my phone bill, rent, transportation, and other necessities while also trying to save for college classes and my future. My goal isn’t just to get through today—it’s to build a life I’m proud of. Any funds raised will help with housing, transportation, food, college expenses, work-related costs, and creating a stable foundation as I move into adulthood.
<br />
<br />
 If you’re able to donate, thank you. If not, sharing this fundraiser or leaving a kind message means just as much. The support I’ve received has shown me that there are people willing to help someone they’ve never even met, and I’ll never forget that. Thank you for believing in me and helping me take the next step forward.

</div>

<div>help the dogs of Erbil, iraq, by collecting donations to provide them with food and to cover the costs of spaying and neutering.

</div>

<div>Dogs here live incredibly hard lives. Every day, we hear of dogs being killed, suffering, or starving on the streets.

</div>

<div>With your support, we work to reduce this suffering by spaying and neutering as many dogs as possible — so fewer are born into pain, hunger, and fear.

<div>Above &amp; Beyond pet clinic in the City of Downey punctured my dogs aorta while trying to collect a urine sample. She fainted and started going into shock but they called her “a medical mystery” and referred me to an emergency hospital. At first, their story was that she fell, then that she collapsed while walking. Her gums were white, her tongue was purple, she was panting, extremely disoriented and couldn’t stand up. They tested her blood sugar levels to try and explain her fainting but her test result came back normal. I took her to the emergency hospital and they saw free flowing liquid in her abdomen which they later confirmed was blood. Her aorta (which is located near the bladder) was punctured. When I asked the vet at the emergency hospital if that could be from a fall she said no. Not even with the most traumatic impact like getting hit by a car had she seen this happen to a dog. BUT she has seen it happen from the needle used to draw urine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have been taking my dogs to this vet for 6 years. Today, I took my health dog (see picture) who was jumping around, standing, wagging her tail all morning and they returned me a dog that needed to be put on oxygen and iv immediately because she was going into shock from internal bleeding.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have spent, so far, 7k on Peanut’s treatment and she is still not out of the hospital. She is stable and alert but still not fully recovered. They are keeping her overnight to monitor the internal bleeding and to see if further tests are needed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What was a routine vet visit ended up being the most traumatic experience. I hate asking others for money but her vet bills are growing and I am maxing out credit cards to pay for them. Any and all help is appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have consulted with multiple lawyers and they have all said I have no case. I thank everyone for their prayers, recommendations and overall support.

<div>Tragedy struck Long Island when <strong>HAPPY CAT SANCTUARY was hit with a house fire.</strong> <strong>CHRISTOPHER ARSENAULT, the owner and founder, lost his life while running back into the house trying to free the cats.</strong> We have over 450 cats that are still being secured and will need vetting, vaccinating, and rescues to step up and help us secure them. <strong>Please donate anything you can.</strong> We are absolutely devastated and distraught over the loss of Chris and the sanctuary. We have secured over 450 cats from the Medford Sanctuary and the upstate facility. We currently have a 4500sf free roaming indoor facility where they will be carefully cared for until we can find land here on Long Island where Chris always wanted to build an indoor/outdoor sanctuary. The money raised will help to pay our vet bills, supplies, rent for the temporary facility and secure the land and build the new permanent sanctuary.

<div>On January 24, 2026, Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a Minneapolis resident and American citizen was executed on the streets of Minneapolis by ICE agents.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This fundraiser is intended to support the loved ones he leaves behind with immediate and ongoing needs. Because details are still unfolding, and to ensure the money goes to the right person, funds will not be distributed until we can verify next-of-kin and identify the appropriate family representative to manage anything raised.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If, for any reason, the funds cannot be transferred to Alex’s family, we will direct the total amount to the Immigrant Defense Project, a nonprofit that provides litigation, advocacy, and community-defense resources to help immigrants defend their rights and fight deportation.

<div>My name is Wail (islandock1 on TikTok), and I am the a partner at Zack's Finest Deli in Staten Island. I started the project "Grades for Grabs" as a way to reward kids in my neighborhood with money and snacks for having good grades in school. I created this fundraiser to help support that project, as all funding comes out of my pocket. I'd like to be able to continue supporting as many kids as possible through this project. The community of supporters I've connected to online is making a genuine difference in the lives of these kids. I've seen a huge difference in kids grades, from averaging 60% to now averaging percentages in the 80s and 90s. Thanks for all your support!

<p>Dear Friends &amp; Family,
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>Thank you for taking the time to click on this link and land on this GoFundMe page for one of my best friend's- Rachelle Ivens and her beautiful son Jax.
</p>

<p><br />
</p>
<p>Rachelle’s son Jax started exhibiting signs of Autism at 15 months old. Rachelle had him evaluated and at 2 years old he was diagnosed with Autism. Rachelle is providing the best treatment for her baby boy. He has been in speech, occupational therapy, and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy since he was diagnosed. Although we are proud of the progresses Jax has made, we know that he is capable of more.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>Rachelle, a single mother who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada needs your help. Rachelle would like to take her son to Panama for a Stem Cell Therapy for Autism.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>Rachelle has done extensive research on just about every type of treatment available for Autism. Stem cell therapy for Autism is the most promising treatment. There have been many amazing success stories with children like Jax who have received stem cells and have seen huge gains within months of their treatment. Children that were nonverbal are able to speak and express themselves. They begin to read and play with other children and more. It is like they are brought back into this world and out of the autistic one that they were confined in.

<p><br />
</p>
<p>Jax is 5 years old. He is full of joy and wonder. He loves playing with his toys, swimming, and watching cool cartoons. He LOVES his mommy more than anything in the world. She is his person!
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>Purpose of this Fundraising Campaign
</p>
<p>Jax was recently accepted into the treatment program in Panama for a Stem Cell Therapy for his Autism. It is Rachelle’s strong desire to take her son to the Stem Cell Institute in Panama for this treatment in the fall of 2021. Currently, this treatment is not offered in the U.S.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>The cost of the treatment is approximately $20,000. Rachelle and Jax will need to travel to Panama. She will also need to take time off work. We believe that if we meet our goal in this fundraising campaign, she will be able to cover all anticipated costs.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>My friend Rachelle is very private and asking for help is extremely difficult. Based on my experiences in life, I know firsthand that sometimes we must step out of our comfort zone and ask those in our circle to come together as a community to help those we care about. I am asking you to help make a difference in her son’s life. Please make a contribution today.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>If you are unable to help financially, I understand. Please consider sharing this GoFundMe with others in your network that may have the resources to help Rachelle &amp; Jax. I know together we can do this.
</p>
<p><br />
</p>
<p>I will use this site to update everyone on their journey. Thank you for support. God bless you.

Stem Cell Therapy for Jax

<div>Hi, my name is Brucina and I am fundraising for my dog that needs surgery. Her name is Milkshake and I adopted her from The Animal Foundation on October 1, 2017. Once we locked eyes, it was truly love at first sight. There was no way I wasn’t taking her home with me. I adopted her, but the truth is, she rescued me.

</div>

<div>She wasn’t the average stray because she was beautifully groomed, knew all of her commands and never once had an accident in the house. Milkshake is my emotional support dog that provides therapeutic benefit through comfort and companionship. Not to mention, protection, loyalty, unconditional love and all the kisses one could hope for. You can’t take anything for granted. She is up to date with all of her vaccinations and vet visits. One would think that would be a sure sign of good health, but to my dismay, she recently became ill. She developed crystals in her urine so the vet put her on prescription food and antibiotics in hopes to dissolve them. Unfortunately, after a few months, the crystals have turned into stones and now surgery is the only option. With all of the expenses, my savings has been depleted. I am asking—no, I am begging…for a small donation to save my baby. Milky is only 8 years old and with your help, she will be able to live many more years. This illness has made a once vibrant dog lethargic, withdrawn and in pain. It is so sad to see Milky decline so rapidly.

</div>

<div>We live in a crazy world where we have become victims of many scams. That being said, if need be, we will be happy to furnish you with the bill.

</div>

<div>These monies need to be raised within 3 weeks and cannot be delayed any longer.

<font color="#333333">Hi Everyone, thank you for taking the time to read my post. A few weeks ago I took my Lulu to the groomers and she discovered a hard marble like knot on the back of her neck. I had noticed it before but didn’t think much of it. So I took her to the vet and after a couple of days the results were in that it was cancerous and will eventually spread. She said we can remove it before it starts to spread and Lulu should live a rather healthy life with good diet etc. <br />She is only 4 and has so much life left in her.<br />I’m barely making it on my own financially. <br />I love this dog so much, I can’t imagine life without her so Im asking for any donation to help cover the surgery. I have a little bit but not quite enough to cover the bill. <br />This little fur ball saved my life and I have to save hers.<br />Lulu and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind heart and generosity.<br /><br /></font>

They noticed fluid in my heart, but never mentioned it again. On 1/14 I remember feeling like i was going to pass out. An EKG revealed lots of fluid around my heart. I was taken by ambulance to Spring Valley Hospital for heart surgery where 600cc of fluid was removed. That fluid revealed cancer cells and a PET scan on 1/25 gave me the hardest news of my life.<br /><br />There are no words to describe what I’m feeling. <div>4 days ago i woke up not knowing where i was completely deaf, my feet were swollen and i was in severe pain. i was rushed to the urgent care and eventually the ICU. I was very disoriented and confused.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The initial diagnosis was acute systolic heart failure, kidney failure, and liver failure, all things brought on by pneumonia and subsequent sepsis or possibly tuberculosis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The good news is they no longer think I have tuberculosis. The bad news is my heart is still failing, and my lungs, liver and kidneys are all still in very rough shape.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I don't know what's going to happen to me, but I know for sure if I do survive, it will be a very long recovery, and I will not be able to provide for my family for at least several months if things go well. A cardiology specialist informed me that I may be on bedrest anywhere for 2 to 4 months as i recover from this very scary, life threatening illness. I will need help with things like my mortgage, utilities, baby supplies and the over 100k in medical bill debt i have racked up while dealing with this nightmare. I also will likely need to be on heart medication the rest of my life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I've never asked for help before, but my heart is currently only working at 15-20%, so if anyone out there cares, please consider donating to my gofundme to help me provide until i am able to work again. As well as help pay off the over 100k dollars of medical debts i have racked up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And if you aren’t able to donate, please consider supporting by watching my videos as I won’t be able to upload new ones for a while.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you all for your love and prayers, this has been the scariest time in my life and all your support has meant the world to me.

Habitat and Vet Care for Homer

<div>Our hearts are shattered as we share the loss of our sweet Brandon Dominguez, who was taken from us far too soon in a tragic road-rage incident. There are no words big enough to describe the pain we are feeling. Brandon was the light of our family — our happy, loving boy with the biggest heart, the silliest personality, and a joy that filled every room he entered.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brandon wasn’t just a child we loved; he was truly one of a kind. He had a silly, playful spirit that could make any of us smile, and a heart full of pure joy. Whether he was showing us the latest TikTok trends, dancing around the house, or laughing at a new video he found, he always knew how to brighten our days.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He woke up every morning excited for school, eager to learn, and ready to make memories with his friends. He adored playing soccer, diving into his Roblox games, and spending quality time with all of us. Whether he was laughing, sharing stories, or simply sitting close, Brandon made every moment feel special. He had dreams, hopes, and a future we were so excited to watch him grow into.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Losing him has left a hole in our family that can never be filled. As we try to make sense of this unimaginable heartbreak, we are also faced with medical costs, family expenses, and the reality that we need time to mourn and begin healing in whatever small ways we can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We, the family, are raising these funds specifically to help support Brandon’s mother, Rubi Chavarria, as she mourns the loss of her beloved son. Sonia, our sister, will be handling funds for Rubi and the family. No parent should ever have to walk through this kind of pain, and we want to lift as much of the financial burden from her as possible during this devastating time. All contributions made here will be wired directly to Rubi to assist her with expenses and to give her the space she needs to grieve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for support — not because anything can ease the pain, but because removing even a small burden can help us focus on honoring Brandon and holding one another up through the darkest days of our lives. Whatever your heart is able to give means more to us than we can ever express. Every donation, every share, and every prayer brings comfort and reminds us that we are not alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for honoring Brandon’s memory, for loving him with us, and for standing beside our family as we learn how to live in a world without him.
</div>

In Loving Memory of our Sweet Boy, Brandon

<div>On July 4th, my Aunt Elizabeth experienced the unimaginable when the devastating Guadalupe flood swept through her home and community. In a matter of hours, she lost everything... her home, all her belongings, and decades of memories. To make matters worse, she was denied flood insurance, leaving her with no financial safety net to begin rebuilding.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My aunt is one of the most vibrant, creative, and beautiful souls I have ever met. She has never met a stranger, listens intently to others, and opens her heart and home to everyone without hesitation. She has always managed to see the silver lining in every circumstance, and I know this will be no different. But in this challenging moment, I am honored to have the opportunity to help her in return . I believe in God's ability to bring redemption...to bring beauty from the ashes by using humanity to love and support one another during difficult times. Please help me by donating so that my sweet aunt can rebuild her life and her home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I would be so grateful if you would share this campaign and pray for her as she navigates this difficult time. Thank you for helping Elizabeth find hope and healing after such heartbreaking loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am grieving and praying for everyone affected by this tragedy.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Here's a short clip of the aftermath of Elizabeth's home: <a href="https://www.facebook.com/reel/718422047714578?fs=e&amp;mibextid=wwXIfr&amp;fs=e" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.facebook.com/reel/718422047714578?fs=e&amp;mibextid=wwXIfr&amp;fs=e</a>

Help Elizabeth Rebuild After Guadalupe Flood

<div>I'm Brittany and I'm reaching out for help for my friend. He hit a rough spot in life and had a change in his living conditions. He has two beautiful, sweet dogs that need to be fostered until he can find housing (roughly 2 weeks). I have reached out for fostering help but no success. I would like to create a fund that can pay a dog sitter for a reduced rate in housing for the dogs. We appreciate any and all help

Rest in Paradise Seven Bridges

My dear, sweet friend, who has brought sunshine to everyone he has ever been in contact with, needs your help. Those who know him, know he is a little ray of sunshine! Always putting others needs first, making people smile. Even with what he has been going through, always upbeat and positive!! <br /><br />He has been battling cancer. Yesterday, 2/26/20, he had to have his leg amputated in attempt to save his life.  Although the cancer in his leg is gone, there is still a fight to get rid of the rest. The cancer has metastasized to his cranium, back, pelvic area and lymph nodes. The cancer he has is called synovial sarcoma,  stage IV.  It is rarely curable, but he is a fighter and wants to kick cancers ass!!! <br /><br />He is on a disability leave of absence from work.   His  job is being held on a Americans with Disabilities designation but he has no steady income from work. He hasn’t been able to work for over a year now. =( <br /><br />Recovery and healing from the amputated leg  is about 3-4 weeks. Rehabilitation is 4-6 weeks. Once completed, fitting for a prosthetic can commence. Most prosthetic models are not fully covered by insurance.  Also, general expenses such as rent and utilities are not being covered.   Any help, any amount, $1.00, $5.00, $10.00 would be extremely appreciated!!!  He is a proud man and doesn't seek handouts... but I am begging you, please help my dear friend!! Hugs and kisses!! Thank you for your love and support!! <br /><br />$1.00, $5.00, $10.00 no amount is too small!!

Our mom, Regina Kirschbaum, was the light in everyone’s life.  She was an EMT for  25 years then a hospice nurse for 5 plus years, always caring for the needs of her patients. She  trained and mentored everyone who crossed her path.  She welcomed everyone with her warm hugs and loved everyone who was around her.  Her laugh was contagious, and she always knew how to lighten a mood.  She always took time to listen to anyone who needed an ear.  During her last phase of her life she wanted to be surrounded by her family succumbing to the young age of 56.  <br /><br />Our mom not only took care of us but she also took care of our grandmother as well.  She worked till she couldn’t work any more.  She provided everything for us and was our soul provider.  We started this page to help with funeral costs and other necessities.  In lieu of flowers, we are asking for you to donate any amount you can.

<div>Please help Stephanie lay her brother Kevin to rest.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On September 1, 2023, just as she was starting her second year at Cal Berkeley, her family was struck by a drunk driver who was unlicensed and uninsured. He ran a red light going 70+mph in a 25 mph zone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In a single night, Stephanie lost her mother and her brother at the scene. Twelve days later, she was faced with the devastating responsibility of taking her father off life support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Stephanie's brother, Kevin, survived the crash but suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Doctors gave him less than a ten percent chance of survival. Kevin defied those odds. After a ten-month coma, he awoke and in time, regained the ability to walk and communicate. Kevin fought every day to live his new reality, carrying both physical and mental pain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yesterday, Kevin fell. His brain, already so fragile from the injuries he had endured, could not withstand the impact. Kevin passed away.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Stephanie is now facing the unthinkable reality of burying her last immediate family member. The weight of grief, responsibility, and stacked trauma is immense.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is to help Stephanie cover Kevin’s funeral and burial expenses. Kevin fought so hard to stay here. Stephanie needs to honor that fight and say goodbye with love, laying him to rest with their mother, father, and brother.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any support, whether through a donation or by sharing this page, will help ease the financial burden and remind Stephanie that she is not alone. Thank you for holding her in your thoughts and prayers and for helping in any way you can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Fly high Kevin with your mom, dad, and Yayo whom you loved and missed so much.

<div>Information regarding Kevin's funeral to follow, likely the week of January 5th.

<strong>Update: Leah’s family is sad to report that the wife and mother of two passed away on September 14, 2016. Donald and the children thank everyone for their continued support in this difficult time. They hope that her spirit will live on with the help and generosity of her friends, community, and strangers alike.</strong> <br /><br />On January 23 2015, I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Katherine Hazel. I was breastfeeding her exclusively, and we began to hit a bit of a rough patch as she refused to latch onto the right breast. I felt something was amiss, and this prompted me to seek support from a lactation consultant, who recommended a sonogram. Unfortunately, this eventually led to the diagnosis of Stage 3, triple negative breast cancer in my right breast and lymph nodes on April 13, 2015.<br /><br /><br />During initial treatment, the children and I relocated to Rhode Island with my sister and her family. Unfortunately, Donald needed to stay in New York for work and school, as his job is our source of health insurance. As my prognosis has changed for the worse, we have decided to return home to spend quality time as a family.<br /><br /><br />My mother was also diagnosed with breast cancer when I was just 8, and she passed several months later as a result of this terrible disease. Admittedly, I struggle with this trauma now, and am learning to separate her situation from my own diagnosis. But recently, we’ve learned my cancer is now Stage 4 and terminal. Thank you for your love, care, and concern. <br /><br /><br />Suddenly, we are facing enormous additional costs. I cannot care for the children, exclusively , and we will now and need support for childcare expenses. Because I am actively participating in an aggressive treatment plan, in addition to caring for our two small children, I am unable to work, and we must now rely solely on one income.<br /><br /><br />Therefore, if you would like to contribute and are able to, it would go a long way toward relieving this major stress, and would allow me to focus exclusively on fighting this terrible disease with my amazing family by my side. <br /><br /><br />Thank you in advance.

<div>Honoring the Life of Baby KENTRE BAKER &amp; Supporting Our Family ❤️‍.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>On Feb. 3 , 2026 , our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. My beloved son, KENTRE BAKER , just 3 years old, lost his life during a police hostage situation. NO PARENT is ever prepared for this kind of loss, and OUR HEARTS ARE BROKEN BEYOND WORDS!!

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>KENTRE was pure sunshine in human form. He had a playful, curious spirit and was fearless with a smile that could melt any heart. He loved everything marine life, could spend hours naming every sea creature by scientific or common name! He always carried a sea creature with him everywhere he went and had the cutest habit of naming every ocean animal that would enjoy bath time with him and placing them on the edge of the bathtub before actually getting in kind of like a roll call . His laughter filled every home he stepped foot in, and his hugs were the kind you never wanted to let go of. He was rough but gentle, loving, smart, athletic and always quick to share if he had something on his mind .

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Even in just 3 years, he taught us more about enjoying the small things in life and what real unconditional love that could last more than a lifetime ever could. HE WAS TRULY AND STILL IS ONE OF A KIND ‼️. Forever my angel in life and after holding my face up saying “It’s okay mommy ❤️‍”

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>During this painful time, I am focusing on honoring Kentre’s life!! Any support, whether through donations or sharing this page means more than we can express. I am creating this fundraiser to help cover:

Honoring the Life of Baby Shark KENTRE BAKER

On Saturday March 26, 2016 our dearest George, his wife Charlotte, his daughter Jamie and his mother Angelita were returning from an Easter  family trip to Yosemite when their car was struck by a drunk driver. What started as a day to spend family time is now a day that has left wounds from which I cannot imagine where the healing begins. George's mother Angelita was killed instantly, while 10 year old Jamie sitting in the back with her grandma, also died from injuries too great for her little body to fight. George is currently fighting for his life in a Fresno ICU,  unrecognizable as the smiling George we knew,  broken and slowly being put back together, all while away from his friends and family in his hometown. His wife Charlotte survived the crash ,  and while mourning the loss of a daughter and mother in law , away from friends and family, is forced to be strong  for her husband  while he lays in his hospital bed unaware of the loss of  his  precious youngest daughter and his beautiful mother, from which when he learns of this,  will break him all over again. George is  an ICU nurse and part of our nursing family at a local hospital. He is the most genuine, wonderful guy one could be lucky enough to know and his always smiling face brings a little bit of joy to whomever he is around.  He is a devoted father and husband and the most sincere nurse who provides kindness and support for patients and families in their times of need , one in which he finds himself  now . We love you George  ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and hope his angels Jamie and Angelita  are watching over him.  We look  forward to being uplifted  by that beautiful smile again soon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Any help is appreciated in this time of need, as we may not be able to heal the emotional pain but can help with financial pain this causes, one less burden on the family so they can concentrate on healing in this dark time. All donations go to Charlotte Espinosa to aid with lodging while away from home and at George's bedside , funeral expenses, medical expenses and will provide George, Charlotte and their older daughter Karla some financial support while both of them are unable to work. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any donation or share of their story appreciated.  VIDEO OF JAMIE DOING HER DANCING WITH GEORGE <a
