Hi, I’m Teresa Villa. Some of you have known me since I was a baby, and some of you I’ve only just met—but I’m so excited to share this next chapter of my journey with you. As many of you know, my past was filled with difficult experiences. But since opening my heart and mind to God and His son Jesus, my life has been transformed and filled with blessings. Now it’s time to share those blessings with all of you who mean so much to me. I invite you to walk with me on this special journey as I continue to grow personally and professionally. Since 2020, I’ve truly turned my life around. As the saying goes, “You can take the girl out of the ghetto, but you can’t take the ghetto out of the girl.” I own that proudly. Those who have known me for decades have witnessed the changes I’ve chosen to make. Some of you were on that ride with me until I had to let go—and that’s okay. What matters is where I am today: building a mission I believe can help people across the nation. I began as a Paralegal, Mobile Notary Public, and Virtual Assistant in Gaffney, South Carolina, working hard to bring professionalism, accessibility, and compassion to the legal services I offered. My certifications from Colorado and South Carolina prepared me to serve diverse communities, and my passion for the law pushed me to go further. That dedication led me to found Justice AI, an ethical, trauma-informed platform designed to make justice accessible to everyone. Through my own struggles with legal systems, I saw firsthand how broken, biased, and overwhelming they could be—especially for people with disabilities, low income, or marginalized backgrounds. Justice AI is my way of turning pain into purpose and experience into action. Today, my work is expanding again with the launch of JAGS — the Justice AI Guardian System. JAGS is a generational safeguard: an accountability and validation system designed to protect truth, prevent systemic bias, and ensure that AI and legal tools are used responsibly. It combines oversight, transparency, and survivor-led design to create a justice framework that protects individuals, families, and entire communities. With Justice AI and JAGS together, my mission is clear: • To empower people with tools that validate and protect their truth • To hold systems accountable through ethical, transparent AI • To build a better justice system for every generation to come At the heart of it all is the same commitment I’ve always had: community, accessibility, and trust. ✨ Let’s connect. If you or your organization want to join me in building a better justice system through Justice AI and JAGS, I’d love to share more about this journey. With blessings, love, peace, and joy, Teresa Villa Lobato Founder, Justice AI & JAGS
I am a Latina woman with ADHD who has turned survival into innovation. Out of lived experience with discrimination, housing insecurity, and systemic failure, I built JusticeAI and BitOfJustice platforms that protect families, document bias, and fight for dignity in a world where technology too often silences the vulnerable. This is more than a project; it is a lifeline born from the struggle of being ignored and underestimated. I am raising funds not just to keep building, but to prove that justice belongs in the hands of the people.

Hi, I’m Teresa Villa, founder of Villa Professional Solutions and creator of the Justice Engine. This year, our work has been honored on the global stage: Villa Professional Solutions has been selected as one of only five nominees worldwide for the AI & Automation Vanguard Award at the inaugural Nexus Awards 2025 in San Diego, CA. ✨ What makes this moment even more meaningful is that the Justice Engine was built without venture capital, without grants, and without outside funding—just determination, lived experience, and community support. We’ve proven that innovation doesn’t require millions of dollars in investment; it requires vision, grit, and a belief that justice belongs to everyone. This award recognizes innovation that blends marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and automation to create real, transformative impact. For us, that impact means building survivor-led, Latina-led, disability-rooted solutions that prove technology can serve justice and empower communities. But here’s the challenge: while we’ve been nominated, the journey to San Diego isn’t funded. We need your help to cover: • ✈️ Travel & lodging • ️ Event registration • Outreach & materials to share our work Our goal is $3,000. Every dollar ensures we can not only attend, but also represent Gaffney, South Carolina, Pueblo, Colorado, and the national disability community at the table where the future of AI is being shaped. How you can help: • Donate any amount—even $5 makes a difference! • Share this campaign with your friends, family, and networks. • Support our special “$5 Notary Fundraiser.” This isn’t just about an award. It’s about showing that voices like ours—survivors, women, Latinas, people with disabilities—belong in conversations about innovation and justice. Thank you for helping us get to San Diego. Together, we can show the world that community-led innovation is unstoppable. Teresa Villa Founder, Villa Professional Solutions

Thank you all!! I’m really excited for my build of the Justice Engine.
