<div>My name is Irene Blue and I am reaching out on behalf of my best friend Charlene Williams (Nette), who is enduring one of the most challenging times of her life.

<div>After suffering with a persistent headache for over a week due to elevated blood pressure, she ended up in the emergency room, which turned into a five-day hospital stay and an important revelation: she has two brain aneurysms. One must be addressed immediately because of the high risk it poses. On April 9th, she will undergo brain surgery—a Left Pterional Craniotomy with Left ICA Bifurcation Aneurysm Micro Clipping.

<div>This news has been overwhelming, but we truly believe that this test will become a testimony. We are standing strong in our faith, holding on to hope, and trusting in Christ’s healing power. Her doctors are hopeful, and so are we. We believe God is with her through every step of this journey.

<div>She is incredibly grateful for her son and mother, who have been anchors through it all. This is a lot for them too, and we pray for strength and peace for them all.
</div>
<div>In August 2025, Charlene began a rewarding new position at a middle school. The work has been more fulfilling than challenging, and she already misses the kids. However, the Department of Education cuts have also led to her position being eliminated in the midst of all of this. With this, her job termination date is fast approaching—just 5 to 7 days after her surgery. To make matters worse, she doesn’t qualify for FMLA or short-term disability benefits, so she is without income and health insurance during this critical time.

<div>Still, she holds on to her faith.

<div>This GoFundMe isn’t just about money—it’s about us coming together as a community, showing compassion, and having collective faith, hope and love.
