<div>Women’s bodybuilding represents one of the most demanding and disciplined divisions in the sport. Yet, the experiences of women competitors are often underrepresented in long-form media and historical documentation.

<div>I have been training the last 8 years and have successfully built the physique you see in the pictures. I have been British Champion 3 times and placed 2nd in the World Championship with the IBFA, beating 13 other ladies.

<div>Recently I have competed at The Condition Coaches cup and the TBJP Ben Weider pro qualifier classic. I won both these but unfortunately as there wasn’t enough girls in my class my pro card wasn’t awarded.

<div>An IFBB pro league card is the doorway to competing in America and Europe and gives you the opportunity to enter Olympia Qualifiers, the biggest bodybuilding show in the world and highly prestigious.

<div>Heavy weight female bodybuilders are like unicorns in the UK so there is no chance of having enough of us at one show. Due to this I am planning to go to Alicante Spain on the 28-29 November 2026 for The Big Man Weekend which is the biggest European show and attracts a lot of female bodybuilders.

<div>The trip there and to enter is expensive and I’m asking if anyone has any spare money which is a rarity these days I know to donate/sponsor my cause and help showcase the UK Bodybuilding talent abroad specifically within female bodybuilding.

<div>Hi, my name is Jada Beverly. I'm an IFBB Pro athlete. Saturday, the 27th of June, is my 40th birthday. The beginning of this year has been very tough. However, I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel after many health recoveries, having to take time off work, taking care of my elderly mother, some legal costs, and a lot of other unexpected expenses.

<div>This May, I’ll be stepping back on stage to compete in Women’s Physique as an IFBB Pro—a journey I’ve poured my entire heart, discipline, and soul into. Prep isn’t just a season for me, it’s a lifestyle I breathe every day. Early mornings, late nights, meals weighed to the gram, training when I’m dead tired because that stage means everything to me.

<div>Bodybuilding gave me purpose, structure, and a fire that never dies out. It taught me resilience, self-respect, and what it means to chase something even when it isn’t easy especially when it isn’t easy. And this next year, I’m pushing harder than ever to bring the best version of me to that 2026 stage.

<div>As many of you know, competing at the pro level is beautiful… and expensive as hell.
