I started Project Help The Homeless because everywhere I go in Little Rock, I see people struggling with homelessness and food insecurity. Whether it's at the gas station, grocery store, or even on social media, the need is impossible to ignore. It hurts me to see so many people without basic necessities, and even though I face financial challenges myself, I feel compelled to help. My faith has played a big role in growing my desire to serve others, but it's always been a part of who I am. I know firsthand what it's like to go without, and that's why this project means so much to me.
With your support, I'll use donations to buy essentials like boxers, t-shirts, hygiene products (tampons, pads, deodorant, soap), non-perishable food, socks, and more. I'll put together hygiene bags or backpacks filled with these items and distribute them to local shelters. I'll also set up a booth in different locations, hand out flyers, and make social media posts so people know where to find help. Whether it's donating goods or giving them directly to those in need, every dollar will go toward making a real impact in our community.
I'm asking for your support—whether that's donating, sharing my fundraiser, or simply spreading the word. Together, we can make a difference for people facing hardship in Little Rock. Thank you for believing in this project and for helping me bring hope and essentials to those who need it most.
