My name is Clover and I'm raising funds to help cover the financial fallout of my recovery from severe prolonged illness and resulting disability making in-person work non-viable (especially as a trans woman stuck in Florida whose pre-trans-panic work history is public service). <div>I have three goals with this fundraising:

<div>1) Funds, naturally. First and foremost, direct medical bills now at $8.5K reached over $36K pre-negotiation (you can see some of the charges on the right banner side). Second, the fallout from medical rehabilitation, its resulting inaccessibility to my things, the loss of my job, and the interference of novel and continuous medical problems. A $50 balance unaffected by extenuating circumstances has become almost $700 in that lost time; other fallouts of this kind have been dealt with at the cost of all my savings.

<div>2) If I'm coming to the community for support, I want to be open about why. I've been working on how best to communicate my experiences, what I've learned that's helped me surpass chronic and consequential SI, and navigating from a perspective of deep long-term trauma and neurodivergence. One week after posting, I'll release the first write-up on my application of coping skills.

Not all things can be lowered, but a lot of the American insurance industry is based on charging through obfuscation and amounts can be lowered quite a bit through disputes, itemized receipts, and, honestly, pleading. I am trying my best to be as efficient and careful with funds as possible.

<div><strong>Regarding medical bills, why urgent now?</strong>

<div>Initial recovery and rehabilitation began last fall. During that time, I've worked what I could and applied my savings and resources to maintain payments, cover rent until I could move in with family, and search for exemptions, grants, and opportunities. Fundraising comes after doing the most I could myself.

<div>Hi, this is Diana. We are fundraising to help amputate her hind leg where she’s currently got a serious cancerous growth. The vet has told us that the cheapest we can get an amputation for is 1800 so we are working hard to raise the money before the cancer metastasizes. Our goal is to meet the fundraising goal by October! Please help Fiana  is young and usually healthy and we can’t bear to lose our sweet girl to cancer. Hi, I am Amity, I started HRT in June 2020 and am now starting to save up for gender affirming surgeries. Any donations I receive here would get added to my own savings, directed at this goal. I know this has been a rough year for everybody, and I am not expecting any donations, but would appreciate them very much, nonetheless. <br /><br />I am aiming to get my nose, forehead and brow reduced and depending on my finances, potentially have some work done on my jaw and chin. <br /><br />Currently I do not have any kind of income, so donations mostly go towards HRT.

Gender affirming surgeries and HRT for Amity

My son's name is Joseph , he is 22 and he was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Joseph is a smart young man with big dreams and a even bigger heart.  He works full time and is currently going to college to achieve his goal of becoming an architect. A few months ago he noticed a lump on his neck that wasn't going a way, and during dr appointment's and exam's it was learned that he had developed cancer that spread to his neck, arm pits and groin area. I'm not the richest man by any means, but I have a good heart and would like to help my son by starting this gofund me page to help with him medical expenses and regular bills you aquire living on your own at a young age.
