<div>ich bin Filmon Tewolde, der Onkel von Hiyab. Ich schreibe diesen Spendenaufruf für meine Nichte und ihre Eltern, weil sie mich darum gebeten haben, ihnen zu helfen.

<div>Hiyab ist erst 8 Jahre alt. Vor kurzem wurde bei ihr ein bösartiger Hirntumor festgestellt.

<div>Ich sammle Spenden für meine Nichte Hiyab Eyob, die an einem Medulloblastom, einer bösartigen Krebserkrankung, leidet.

<div>Für uns als Familie war diese Nachricht ein großer Schock und plötzlich war nichts mehr so wie vorher.

<div>Zum Glück konnte Hiyab in Deutschland operiert werden. Der Tumor konnte dabei weitgehend entfernt werden. Wir sind der Ärztin und dem ganzen Team sehr dankbar, dass sie Hiyab geholfen haben.

<div>Leider ist die Behandlung damit noch nicht vorbei.
</div>
<div>Hiyab braucht jetzt dringend Bestrahlung und Chemotherapie. Die Ärzte möchten mit der weiteren Behandlung so schnell wie möglich beginnen.

<div>Das große Problem sind die Kosten. Für die weitere Behandlung werden über 110.000 € benötigt. Ihre Eltern können diese Summe nicht alleine bezahlen. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, hier um Hilfe zu bitten.

<div>Es fällt uns nicht leicht, so öffentlich über unsere Situation zu sprechen. Aber im Moment wissen wir einfach keinen anderen Weg.

<div>Hiyab hat starke Kopfschmerzen und kann oft kaum schlafen. Als Familie macht es uns große Angst zu wissen, dass sie die Behandlung braucht und gleichzeitig die Zeit vergeht.

<div>Hiyab now urgently needs radiation therapy and chemotherapy. This treatment must begin as soon as possible to give her the best possible chance of fighting the disease and surviving.

<div>This is an amount our family simply cannot afford.

<div>Let us join hands for our beloved child HiyabEl, so that the light of his mind is not dimmed by the head injury he suffered. Our child’s name is HiyabEl, which translates to 'a gift from God' in English. He is a 12-year-old student, despite his school years being interrupted by his current condition. HiyabEl, who is currently in Ethiopia, suffered what seemed to be a minor accident but turned out to be severe and threatening for his future. In July 2025, while playing his favorite sport, soccer, together with his friends, an accidental kick of the ball by his own coach knocked him down to the uneven stone-dominated field. He hit the ground with his head, and suddenly, within an arc of two days, that accidental kick dared to interrupt the bright future that his entire family and those who knew him had eagerly anticipated. He did not feel severe pain immediately; therefore, no obvious injury was noticed. However, the following day, after getting out of bed, he staggered and fell, hitting the corner of his bed; an incident which worsened what was already starting to unfold unnoticed- internal bleeding in his head. He was immediately taken to the hospital, which resulted in a diagnosis of an abnormal swelling formed by the crystallization of the internal bleeding. Thanks to emergency medical treatment, he underwent surgery that cost approximately 5.2 million birr (roughly $30,000). This was entirely funded by close family members and compassionate acquaintances- not forgetting to mention that the owner of Hallelujah Hospital, an Ethiopian citizen by Earthly birth but heavenly brother by Christ, paid off a big chunk of it- about 2 million birr out of his own pocket. Afterward, he continued receiving medical attention, up until this day. The good news is that there is no damage to the internal structures of his head or his brain. However, because of this accident, he has developed serious external complications, like deterioration of his eyesight, vertebral scoliosis, and slow paralysis of his right hand. These conditions are deeply concerning for his future and have caused immense pain for us- his grief-stricken parents. There is not much that can be done, within the capability of the medical expertise in Ethiopia, to prevent these life-threatening developments. As a result, doctors referred him abroad to undergo further surgery. Despite all these hardships, there is hope: a specialized surgery that could free him from future disabilities is found in Germany. The only hurdle that remains is the financial burden that covers this surgery. The treatment costs **€47,000**. Therefore, dear compassionate friends and all those who care for people in need, we humbly appeal to you, for the sake of God's Mercy, to help us according to your means so that HiyabEl can receive the desired medical treatment, which hopefully will restore his deteriorating condition. <div>ሓረጉ ኤልያስ ገ/ብሄር ትብሃል። ኣብ 1983 ኣብ ከባቢ ዛይደኮሎም፡ ትኹል ኣብ ዝብሃል ዓዲ ተወሊዳ፡ ኣብኡ ውን ዓብያ። ሓረጉ፡ ኣብ ግዜ ህጻንነታ መቐረት ፍቕሪ ወለዳ ከይጽገበት፡ ብሰሪ ግጉይ ውሳኔ ኣቦኣ ቀሺ ኤልያስ ገብረእግዚኣብሄር፡ ግዳይ ትሕቲ ዕድመ መርዓ ዝኾነት ፍቅርቲ ኤርትራዊት ጓል ኣንስተይቲ ሓብትና እያ። ህጻን ሓረጉ፡ ጓል 6 ዓመት ምስ ኣኸለት እዮም ኣሕጽዮምዋ። ኣብ 10 ዓመታ ኸኣ፡ ነቲ ኣብ'ቲ ግዜ እቲ ኣብ ልዕሊኣ እንታይ ይግበር ከም ዘሎ ዘስተውዕል ኣእምሮ ጌና ዘየጥረየት ጓሎም፡ ምስ ስድራቤት እቲ ዝሕጸይዋ ወዲ ብምስምማዕ ኣመርዓውዋ። ወላዲታ፡ ወላ'ኳ ነቲ ኩሉ ዝግበር ዝነበረ ብትሪ እንተ ተቓወማኦ፡ ዝሰምዐን ግን ኣይተረኽበን። ኣብቲ እዋን እቲ ኣሕዋት ሓረጉ ንነጻነት ሃገር ክቃለሱ ኣብ ሜዳ ብምንባሮም፡ ካብ’ቲ ኣብ ልዕሊኣ ዝወረደ’ሞ ጠንቂ ህሉው ኩነታታ ዝኾነ ንክትኣምኖ ዘጸግም በደል፡ ረዳኢ ክትረክብ ኣይከኣለትን።

<div>እቲ መርዓ ተፈጺሙ፡ ብኡ ብኡ ከኣ ናብ እንዳ ሓሙኣ ተወስደት። “ማማ” እናበለት ጥራይ ትበኪ ዝነበረት ናይቲ ሽዑኡ ህጻን ሓረጉ፡ ዝርድኣ ሓደ’ኳ ኣይነበረን። ኣብ’ቲ ዘመርዓዉዋ ዓዲ ሒዞማ ደው ኣይበሉን። ሩባ ተከዘ ተሳጊሮም፡ ወልቃይት ናብ ዝብሃል ዓዲ፡ ናብ ምድሪ ትግራይ’ዮም ወሲዶማ። እዚ ነገር እዚ ካብ ወላዲታ ክፈልያ ከሎ ዘስተውዓለት ሓረጉ፡ ካብ ምሒር ምብካይን ጭንቀትን ዝተላዕለ፡ ብኣዝዩ ብርቱዕ ረስኒ ቅጽበታዊ ረኽሲ እዝኒ የጋጥማ፣ ኣእዛና ከኣ ሃንደበት ክጻንዓ ይጅምር። ነዚ ዘስተውዓሉ ስድራ “መርዓዊ”፡ ናብ ወላዲታ ይመልስዋ’ሞ፡ ሕክምናዊ ክንክን ተገይሩላ ኣእዛና ናብ ንቡር ኩነታት ይምለስ። ሓውያ ምስ ረኣይዋ ግን፡ ዳግማይ ካብ ምውሳዳ ዓዲ ኣይወዓሉን። ወላ’ኳ ወላዲታ እንተ ተቓወመት፡ ብፍቓድ ኣቦኣ ግን ዳግማይ ናብ’ቶም ስድራ እንዳ ሓሞኣ ከም እትምለስ ተገብረ። ከም ብሓድሽ ውን ናብ ምድሪ ትግራይ ኣምረሐት። ኣብ ትግራይ ናብ ሓደ ጥንቆላ ዘካይድ ሰብኣይ ተወስደት። ብኡ ብኡ ከኣ እቲ ጠንቋሊ ብበሊሕ መላጸ ኣካላታ ሓሓሊፉ ጠብሓ። እቲ ነዚ ምጥባሕ ዘካየደ ሰብኣይ ኣብ ፈረስ ጽዒኑ ሒዙዋ እናተመልሰ ከሎ፡ ካብ ፈረስ ትወድቕ። ኣቐዲሙ ናብ ዝመደቦ ቤት ኣእትዩ ድማ፡ ነቶም ኣብ’ቲ ስፍራ ዝጸንሑዎ ሰባት፡ መፍለስ ሓሪዶም ብደም እቲ መፍለስ ገይሮም *ክጅልጡዋ* ይእዝዞም። ከምኡ ድማ ገበሩ። ብፈርሲ እቲ መፍለስ ገይሮም ይለኽዩዋ፣ ካብ ስጉኡ ጠቢሶም’ውን ንዓኣን ነቲ ዘመርዓዉዋ ወድን ይቕርቡሎም። ካብ ስጋ እቲ መፍለስ ምስ በልዐት፡ ካብ’ታ ሰዓት እቲኣ ጀሚራ ኣበይ ከም ዝኸደት ወይ እንታይ ከም ዝኾነት ብፍጹም ኣብ ዘይትፈልጠሉ ህሞት ኣተወት። ድሕሪ ነዊሕ ሰዓታት ሃለዋታ ክትፈልጥ ምስ ጀመረት፡ ንገዛእ ርእሳ ካብ’ቲ ኮፍ ኢላትሉ ዝነበረት ቦታ ለቒቓ ኣብ ዓራት ረኸበታ። ካብ ዓራት ክትወርድ ብድድ ክትብል ምስ ፈተነት ግን፡ ዘይተጸበየቶ ሓድሽ ነገር ተፈጥራ። ኣካላታ ሰንኪላ፡ ካብ ዓራት ክትወርድ ዘይትኽእል ኮነት። ብኸመይን ስለ ምንታይን እቲ ኩሉ ዘጋጠማ ኣጋጢሙ ወላ-ሓንቲ ትፈልጦ ምኽንያት የብላን። ኣምላኽን እቶም *ዝጀለጡዋ* ሰባትን ጥራይ’ዮም ዝፈልጡዎ። እንዳ ሓሙኣ ብስንክልታ ካብ’ቶም ገበርቲ እከይ ተቐበሉዋ። ናብ ቤታ ኣብ ክንዲ ዝመልሱዋ ግን፡ ናብ እንዳ ዘርኦም ዑቕባንኬል ዝብሃል ወዲ-ሓዎም ዝኾኖም፡ ሽመልባ ናብ ዝብሃል ዓዲ ወሰዱዋ። ኣብኡ ደርብዮማ ተመልሱ፡ ጾር እንዳ ዘርኦም ዑቕባንኬል ድማ ኮነት። ወ/ሮ ሸማይነሽ ብዓልቲ ቤቱ ንኣቶ ዘርኦም ብዝተኻእላ ዓቕሚ ክትከናኸና ጀመረት። ንነዊሕ እዋን ደሃያ ዝገብር ምስ ተሳእነ ግን፡ ድሕሪ ነጻነት ኤርትራ፡ “ጓልኩም እንተስ ክትመውት እንተስ ክትሰርር፡ መጺኹም ውሰዱዋ” ዝብል መልእኽቲ ናብ እንዳ ቀሺ ኤልያስ መጸ። እግዚኣብሄር ፈቒድዎ፡ ንነጻነት ኤርትራ ክጋደል ዝወጸ ወዶም፡ ተጋዳላይ ኣማረ ኤልያስ፡ ብህይወቱ ስለ ዝተመልሰ፡ ህይወት ሓብቱ ግዲ ኢልዎ፡ ነጻነት ሃገር ኣውሒሱ እፎይ ከይበለ፡ ነጻነት ሓብቱ ከውሕስ ፈረሱ ተወጢሑ ናብ ሽመልባ ነቐለ። ኣካላዊ ስንክልና ዘማሰና ሓብቱ ሒዙ ኸኣ ንዓዱ ተመልሰ። ብቕጥታ ሕክምናዊ ክንክን ክግበረላ ብዙሕ ጻዕሪ ገበረ፣ ፍረ ክርከቦ ግን ኣይተኻእለን። እቲ ዛንታ ነዊሕን መሪርን’ዩ። ኣብ ሓደ እዋን ውን ኣብ ጋዜጣ ሓዳስ ኤርትራ ኣብ ናይ 16 ለካቲት 2008 ተተሪኹ ነይሩ። ስንክልናኣ ክፍወስ እኳ እንተ ዘይከኣለ፡ ዓቕሚ ሄዋን ክሳብ እትበጽሕ ግን ናብ እትእለየሉ መሕደር ዘኽታማት ክትኣቱ ብዙሕ ጻዕሪ ተገብረ። እቲ ጻዕሪ ብካልእ ተጋዳላይ ሓዋ፡ ሓይልኣብ ኤልያስ፡ ንገዛእ ርእሱ’ውን ኣብ ምሕራር ሃገር ዝሰንከለ፡ ዝተገብረ’ዩ ነይሩ። በዚ ኸምዚ ድማ እቶም ናበይቲ ዘኽታማት ናይ ካቶሊካዊት ቤተክርስትያን (ካቴድራለ)፤ ንስንክልኑኡ ተደናጊጾም ነታ ዝሰንከለት ሓብቱ ተቐበልዋ። “ሀ” ኢላ ትምህርቲ ከም እትጅምር ድማ ተገብረ፣ ኣብ’ቲ መዕበያ ዘኽታማት እናተኣልየት ውን ኣካዳምያዊ ትምህርታ ክትዛዝም ከኣለት። ኣብ’ዚ ኩሉ መስገደል፡ ዘርከበ ኤርትራዊ’ዩ ክዝሕግዛን ክደጋገፋን ጸኒሑን ዘሎን። ክሳብ ሕጂ፡ ንኣስታት 35 ዓመታት ቓንዛ ትቕለብ፡ ብካታተር ትሸይን፣ ተስፋኣ ግን ምሕዋይ’ዩ። ኣብ ሃገረ ህንዲ ሕክምናዊ ክንክን ተጌሩላ ሽግራ ክፍታሕ ተኽእሎ ከም ዘሎ ጥዑም ንፋስ ነፊሱ’ሎ። ኣብ’ዚ እዋን እዚ፡ ነዚ ተስፋ ሰኒቓ ኣብ ሃገረ ግብጺ እያ ትርከብ ዘላ። እሞኸ ድኣ ክቡራት ተደናገጽቲ ውጹዓት ዝኾንኩም ደቂ ሃገር፡ እዚ ንነዊሕ ዓመታት ዝጾረቶ ጾር ከነቕልለላ ዓቕምና ዘፍቕዶ ንወፍየላ። ኣምላኽ ይሓግዘና። ኣሜን!
