<div>In 2025, Ashton was diagnosed with an incredibly rare and aggressive, one-in-a-million cancer—one that currently has no cure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The news was devastating. Yet if you know Ashton, you know she has met this diagnosis with remarkable courage and grace. In moments that would break most of us, she has chosen strength, becoming a steady light for everyone around her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As treatment continues, the financial strain has grown. Medical bills, daily expenses, lost income, and the uncertainty ahead have added immense pressure during an already overwhelming time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A small group of close friends has started this fundraiser to help ease that burden. With Ashton unable to work, every contribution provides stability and breathing room for her family. Our hope is simple: to give them the space to focus on what matters most—time together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you feel led to give, thank you. If you’re unable to donate, your prayers and sharing this page mean more than you know.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any support is deeply appreciated as Ashton and her family walk this road together.

Support for Ashton Dean and Family

<div>On behalf of my dear friend Stephanie Wilkie, I am heartbroken to share the devastating news that her beloved 15-year-old daughter, Makayla Fortner, tragically passed away following a horrific dog attack. This unimaginable loss has left her family in deep shock, grief, and emotional pain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Makayla is a beautiful, bright girl with the kindest soul who had so much life ahead of her. Her smile could light up a room, and her laughter was the kind that made others feel instantly at ease. She is deeply loved by her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No parent is ever prepared to lose a child, and certainly not under such tragic circumstances. We are asking for your support to help Stephanie and her family cover funeral expenses, grief counseling, and to allow them the time and space to grieve without the burden of immediate financial stress.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are able to give, no matter how small, please know it is deeply appreciated. And whether you are able to donate or not, please consider sharing this campaign and keeping the family in your thoughts and prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your love, support, and compassion during this heartbreaking time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love,
</div>
<div>Her friends and family!

Support for Makayla's Family in Their Time of Loss

<div>Hello, I’m Kady Grass. I went to McDonald’s in Carpentersville, and I was just trying to use the bathroom when I was called a faggot and brutally attacked by a group of men, all because I date women instead of men. <strong>I need help with medical bills or money for a lawyer to put this group of people behind bars.</strong>
