My name is Jake, and I’m reaching out because I recently lost my legs and am in urgent need of a new wheelchair. The cost of a quality wheelchair is overwhelming, and it’s something I simply can’t afford on my own right now. This journey has been incredibly tough, but I’m determined to keep moving forward and regain as much independence as possible.

 Having a new wheelchair would make a world of difference in my daily life. It would allow me to get around more easily, take care of myself, and participate in the activities I love.
