Hi, my name is Hector, and I’m reaching out for help with something that’s very close to my heart. My dog, Boy, is a 10-year-old German Shepherd who has been my companion for 10 years now. He’s been with me through everything—always loyal, protective, and full of love. Sadly, Boy has recently been having trouble urinating, and after a vet visit, I received heartbreaking news: he has bladder stones and urgently needs surgery to remove them. I’ve already spent $1,800 to get his bladder emptied and to cover medications, but the vet told me that surgery is the only permanent solution. Without it, the stones will come back, and the condition will continue to cause him pain—and could even become life-threatening. The total cost of the surgery is $6,200. It’s an overwhelming amount, and while I’m doing everything I can, I just can’t afford it on my own right now. Boy means the world to me. He’s always been there for me, and now I want to be there for him. If you’re able to donate anything, no matter how small, it would mean everything to us. Even if you can’t give, sharing this fundraiser would help more than you know. Thank you so much for reading, for caring, and for helping me give Boy the chance he deserves to live out the rest of his life happy and pain-free.
