Hi, my name is Luke, and I’m raising funds to help my brother, Bryan, protect his relationship with his children through a difficult and high-conflict custody situation. Bryan is a devoted father who has always been actively involved in his kids’ lives. Over the past several months, communication with one of his children has been cut off—not only from Bryan, but from our entire family. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and even his nieces who love and miss him have suddenly been unable to reach him or understand why this is happening. This kind of sudden separation is heartbreaking and deeply concerning, especially for a child. We worry about the emotional and long-term effects of being isolated from people who care about him and want to be part of his life. Family court cases—especially high-conflict ones—are incredibly expensive, and Bryan does not currently have the financial resources to hire the level of legal representation needed to ensure his voice and the best interests of his children are fully heard. These funds will be used to retain a qualified family-law attorney, cover court and filing fees, and secure professional support (such as therapists or custody evaluators if needed) to help ensure the children’s well-being is protected. Our goal is simple: to help a loving father—and an entire family—stay connected to a child who is deeply loved.
