We are reaching out with a mix of joy and urgent need. Our baby girl arrived early on December 19th, and we have just brought her home from the hospital. While we have secured a temporary place to stay for the moment and our storage is taken care of, we are facing an incredibly difficult transition. Having been forced to vacate our previous housing just days before she was born, we are now working around the clock to ensure she has a safe, warm, and stable environment during her first weeks of life. How Your Support Will Help Now that the baby is here, our priorities have shifted to immediate postpartum care and maintaining our current shelter: • Stability: To keep a roof over our heads and ensure we aren't forced back onto a situation living on the streets with a newborn. • Gas: For essential trips to pediatric appointments and follow-up medical care. • Food & Essentials: To cover groceries and basic supplies for mom and baby during this recovery period. • ✅ Storage: Successfully secured as of 12/16. We were terrified of being homeless with a newborn, and while we have a temporary spot, the situation remains fragile.
