Bringing the horses in and getting them back to a healthy state means a lot to us. From fixing their injuries, to addressing malnourishment, to teaching them something new, we show them that life is not as horrible as they’ve been treated. We pull them one by one from the slaughterhouses and we would ask for y’all’s help. I’ve seen people do great things, good and bad. Getting these horses back on their feet, trained properly, and into a forever home makes it all worth it. Each and every one of them, when they’re here at the Cowboy Ranch, gets the food they need, the medical care they need, the training, and the support to make them the best horse that they can be. Some become great pets, some great riders, some cow horses, and some even go into the rodeo environment, but they’re all placed in a forever home. Some don’t get to go to a new home. They stay in our pastures and have a forever home because some of them have been broken down so badly that they cannot function. We are asking for your support to see if we can save them before they get to a bad state.

Raising this money as I’m trying to save horses. I’m asking this community to help out with the purchases of the upkeep and possibly some of the hay. Will re-donate money that’s not used or when an animal finds its forever home. So many of these animals are getting mistreated, and I bring them home, doctor them up, feed them up, put some weight on them, and get them healthy again. Just looking for a way to ease the expense and keep it going. These animals deserve a lot better than what most people give them. This weekend, the fifth through the seventh, I will be saving four more horses. Urgently need your guys' help. I’m running my dump truck as hard as I can to try and come up with the funds to be able to do this. These are young horses that we’re trying to save. Nothing wrong with the older ones or anything like that, but three and four-year-old horses do not have a chance to be a horse yet. We are asking for your help. Every donation counts, big or small.
