I'm raising funds for myself because I've had good job opportunities come my way, but I've lost them because I don't have a vehicle to get there. Right now, I'm working toward getting a ride, but bills and everyday living expenses keep exceeding what I earn. It feels especially hard knowing I've already had to pass up three jobs that could have paid enough to help me get ahead and even buy a vehicle of my own. The support from this fundraiser would go toward a basic, durable vehicle that can handle travel through multiple states and haul my job toolbox. Having dependable transportation would make it possible for me to take the kinds of jobs I've already been offered instead of watching those opportunities slip away. I need help as soon as possible. If you're able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would mean a lot to me and help me get one step closer to reliable transportation and a real chance to take the work that's available. Once I'm working and able to do so, I'd be willing to give the money back.
