Kaylee Pickelsimer

My name is Kaylee, and I am reaching out on behalf of my family during one of the most difficult times we have ever faced. My father, Brian Pickelsimer, has been battling stage 4 esophageal cancer for the past five years. My mom, Ann, and my siblings—Kaitlyn, AnnaBelle, and Reid—have been by his side every step of the way. Despite our best efforts, the challenges just keep getting harder, both emotionally and financially. Recently, my dad was hospitalized again, and the mounting medical bills and hospital visits have become overwhelming for our family. We simply do not have the funds to cover his ongoing treatments, hospital stays, and the expenses that come with planning for his eventual funeral. Watching someone you love fight so hard, while worrying about how to pay for the care they need, is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. These donations will primarily go toward my dad’s medical bills and hospital visits, which are the most urgent needs right now. Every little bit helps, and your support would mean more to us than words can express. I have been born and raised in Dahlonega, GA, and I love this community deeply.
