Tuan is my dear friend in Vietnam, and we have known each other for eight years after meeting online. He is 31 years old and has always worked hard to support his mother. Recently, his mother was hospitalized in septic shock, a life-threatening infection, and although she received some treatment, she was sent home because there was no more money for her care. Tuan had to stop working to stay home and care for her, and now they are both struggling to get by. Tuan’s mother still needs more antibiotics and insulin for her diabetes, but they cannot afford the medication. She may need to return to the hospital for further treatment, but the costs are overwhelming. Tuan is also worried about running out of food, and his own health is suffering because he cannot afford to see a doctor. The funds raised here will go directly toward medication, food, and any additional hospital care his mother may need, as well as helping Tuan with daily living expenses while he cares for her. My friend lives in a part of our world that is still working on building programs to help those in need. Without this help, my friend could lose his mother. She has other children and a grandson that still need her. Please help me help Tuan and his family. This could save a life, and I am begging for any help I can get for my dear friend.
