Rosario Pacheco-Mireles, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, was diagnosed with terminal colon cancer in 2020. Despite his diagnosis, Rosario has fought with incredible strength, undergoing four years of chemotherapy and treatments to be able to stay by his family's side. He has fought against all odds, showing unwavering love for his family.

<div>Rosario has been a pillar in the Columbus, NE community since the 1990s, serving his local Catholic churches with dedication. His kindness, generosity, and faith have touched countless lives, and he is loved by many.

<div>Sadly, after years of hope and perseverance, Rosario's condition has worsened. He has been hospitalized since February 10th due to a severe infection. On February 13th, the family received heartbreaking news from the doctors: there is no longer any hope for recovery, and Rosario has only days to live.

<div>At this time, the Pacheco family is asking for your support. The family is facing the emotional and financial burden of medical bills, hospital expenses, and funeral costs. El 13 de febrero, la familia recibió una noticia desgarradora por parte de los médicos: ya no hay esperanzas de recuperación y Rosario solo le quedan unos días de vida.

<div>It is with great sadness that this is being done and shared due to the loss of our beloved Roxana Corona. In the early morning hours of December 2nd, 2023, Roxana was involved in a car accident that unfortunately resulted in the loss of her life. Such a beautiful soul, such an outgoing person she was! Roxana was 25 years young and so full of life! She was known and loved by so many. A lot of her friends would say she was always the one to be there for you when you needed her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. She leaves so many memories and so much pain in all our hearts. Funeral expenses can be a huge burden to a family who is already going through so much pain. When something as devastating as this happens, there are no words. I am asking for help from family, friends and the community to help ease the burden during these difficult times. Any donation is a huge support and greatly appreciated. All the proceeds will be given to the Corona family. As we see Gods Grace during this difficult season, lets continue to keep this family lifted up in our prayers.

Wednesday was a devastating day for my family. While my dad was out of town working and my siblings were in school their home started on fire due to an electrical issue. My dad and siblings lost thier home and all belongings.  Most items can be replaced and thankfully no one was injured. We were able to salvage a few things including photos from before we the loss of our mother almost three years ago. Jovita a estado luchando contra el cancer estos últimos meses. Cirugías  y quimioterapia no fueron suficiente para ganarle la batalla a esta horrible enfermedad. Los doctores le dieron no más de un mes de vida. Jovita se encuentra en el hospital pasando los últimos días de su hermosisima vida con sus dos hijos, nieta y familiares cercanos. Este gofundme será dirigido por amigos cercanos hasta que nuestro amigo Germán esté estable para tomar el control de el. Cualquier donación por más mínima que sea ayudaría muchísimo. Jovita has been battling Cancer these past few months. Surgery and Chemo weren’t enough to get rid of such horrible disease that kept spreading through her lungs and ribs. She was given no more than a month to live and is currently spending the remainder of her beautiful and precious days next to her two loving sons and granddaughter, and close family.  This gofundme will be manage by close friends until our friend German has the right head space to take over.  Any donation will help out immensely! Passing of Father Ricardo Rocha

Dear Friends and Family, <br /><br />My wonderful sister, Nina Harris, has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Nina is a wonderful, caring, compassionate, and hard working woman. She is a wife to John, and a mother to Liberty, and so many other important things to her friends and family. Nina recently became a RN so she could help others, however, Nina is going to be needing some help from others this time. <br />Nina began treatment March 19th, at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She has relocated to Texas for 3-6 months. John and Liberty continue to live in Columbus. <br />This is Nina's second fight with cancer. She had cancer back in 2007, and kicked it's ass that time. So we are asking for a little help for Nina and her family, as they face a very long uphill battle. Anything you can donate would help tremendously. <br />I'm working on a couple other fundraisers, and I'll add them as they evolve. <br />Lets keep Nina in our thoughts and prayers, and help Nina and her family fight this fight, and get ready to kick cancers ass a second time.
