<div>Our son Cayden is 14 years old. He is nonverbal, autistic, and full of joy. In December 2025, he was diagnosed with an aggressive, high-grade malignant bone tumor in his right arm. Despite treatment, his cancer has continued to progress.

<div>Cayden’s care is now focused on comfort and quality of life. He experiences increasing pain and mobility challenges and now needs a wheelchair for longer distances. We have transitioned to palliative-focused care, making every decision with love, dignity, and Cayden’s comfort at the center.

<div>I have had to step away from work to care for Cayden full-time. Between medical costs, travel, daily living expenses, and loss of income, the financial strain has grown quickly.
