I had an amazing job and my own apartment, but from one day to the next, I lost it all. I’ve had four major surgeries on my stomach, and everything changed so quickly. Suddenly, I found myself without a home or a job, and it’s been incredibly hard to keep going. I used the last of my money to stay in a hotel, but now I’m struggling to find a stable place to live and keep up with my bills. The support from this fundraiser will help me secure a safe place to stay, catch up on my bills, and hopefully get a car so I can start over. I’ve been applying for jobs everywhere I can—online, in person, and even remote work from home—but as each day passes, it feels like I’m falling further behind. I know everyone has their own struggles, but I’m hoping someone can give me a chance to get back on my feet. If you find it in your heart to help, just know that your support is going to someone truly in need. Any help you can give will take some of the weight off my shoulders.
