Selah Hoffman

My aunt is one of the hardest-working people I know. Every day, she leaves for work before sunrise and doesn’t get home until late at night. She’s 60 years old, and her hands are often so sore and dry from her job that they bleed, but she keeps going because she has to. Recently, she took on even more responsibility by getting custody of my 16-year-old brother, making sure he has a safe and loving home. Despite all her hard work, every month is a struggle. She barely makes enough to cover her mortgage and provide for my brother. I see how tired she is, how much she worries about keeping a roof over their heads and making sure my brother has what he needs. She never complains, but I know she dreams of a day when she doesn’t have to work herself to exhaustion just to get by. I started this fundraiser because I want to give my aunt the chance to finally relax and not have to worry about her house payments or how she’ll take care of my brother. Any help means the world to us. Thank you for supporting my family and helping make this dream come true.
