No Clot! Which is good news . However in the CT the doctor said the Tumor has gotten bigger and is potentially causing discomfort in his chest and is bringing his oxygen level down. I am calling his oncologist on Monday to try to understand what exactly is going on. I know we are still Waiting to be scheduled for bone density tests, Amyloid biopsy, and lung therapy. We have still NOT been scheduled for these things. I will also say last nights experience at the IU ER METHODIST down town was a train wreck. We thought we would be in better hands there since IU west was not a great experience last time . My conclusion I’m getting to is our health care system needs work and that is evident as they called my husband Marcus #14 all night last night. He was just a number but to us and a lot of others he is so much more than that, and I am disappointed in our health care system. First thing Monday I will be calling his oncologist to see why his tumor is growing in size. And about his lower oxygen levels and what are the next steps for us because I’m not going to lie Marcus is exhausted. So please pray for strength for him to keep believing HE WILL GET BETTER❤️‍ we still want to take him to cleveland to get the help needs and to doctors that are familiar with rare cases such as my husbands. Im also looking into some other ideas/places given to me by friends and complete strangers. I thank everyone. Please if you can continue to support our family it would help us tremendously as i was suppose to be back to work but Marcus has not gotten to the point where i can go back. So we have no income at all Thank you . Please keep our family in your prayers as we continue to navigate this road we are on.

We are back in the ER. Marcus oxygen levels have dropped and think he might have another clot. Pray for Marcus to get better. We just want this all to be over. Marcus is tired, pray he keeps the inner strength he needs to keep going until they can figure out how to get him back healthy. God please help us figure out the right path. I will not give up until we do❤️‍

Ok Marcus is a bit down right now. His spirits are down because he’s still sick with no answers why. We are doing our best to get him to where he needs to be . First I ask if anyone would like to send my husband a message of encouragement please feel free to [phone redacted]. It might help to bring up his spirits a bit. We have our talks and he’s exhausted mentally and physically. I wish I could fix all this for him. But if he receives messages from the people he cares about or that care about him then maybe that will help in the mean time. I am praying every day for answers and enough money to take care of our family and get him to Cleveland. Please if you can continue to help support our family and to getting Marcus to the specific doctors that he needs to get to. I am so grateful to everyone supporting our family. We can not do this without any of you. Thank you so very much.

Marcus is preparing for a colonoscopy tomorrow to see if there is a tear or blockage causing the swelling in his abdomen. His abdomen Has been distended and in pain for months now and we still have not found an answer as to why . Let’s pray tomorrow they find SOMETHING to explain his abdomen. I personally am thinking it’s going to be something outside the box considering Marcus keeps being callled such a a “rare “ patient. But I am praying it leads to something so Marcus can finally have some relief. Besides that on a separate issue of his lungs and heart they are planning to do a TEE on Marcus due to his lack of oxygen. This will give them a different angle to go in at to see if they have missed a hole in one of Marcus’s vessels or heart. Which would explain the lack of oxygen he is getting and why he is unable to breathe normally without oxygen. I will keep You all updated on that to see if they find something from that. It is not scheduled yet. In the meantime we are still wanting to get him to Cleveland where they deal with rare cases like Marcus’s. So if you can please keep sharing this fund and if you are willing or able please donate to help us get him to where he needs to be and also again we have no income so we are also trying to do our best to take care of home. Tomorrow SEPTEMBER 10th is Marcus’s 40th Birthday I am asking if anyone is willing and able to donate to go towards us getting him to these specialist in Cleveland for his Birthday!! We want to make this birthday as special as we can for Marcus and lift his spirits ! We all love and care for him! Hello all! I meant update last week after seeing the new oncologist. He basically said he cannot tell us why Marcus is having all these things happening to his body that he is a very rare individual. And with his teeth coming out that he will follow up with a bone density test because if the bone density in his jaw is gone to the point of his teeth coming out that could be a reason for his body having trouble with movement. It just seems as though none of these doctors have experienced patient like Marcus so we want to get him into trials to see different doctors and research. And unfortunately home care has had us on a waitlist since April. And it is now September. I pray that falls through soon. We are in a very bad position financially. I am just desperately asking as a mother and wife if you are still willing and able to help Is it would mean the world. Besides trying to get Marcus to Cleveland we still have monthly bills. And I thank every person who has stuck with us and has helped us with anything for. The kindness is far beyond what I imagined. And I’m grateful because this cancer has been far beyond I imagined. It was not suppose to be like this. So if anyone can please find it in there heart to support while we still are trying to get Marcus through this uncertain time for him. It would help take a load off of our shoulders. We have no income cause I’m at home taking care of Marcus. It’s a different level of pain to see your life partner going through something like this. BUT WE STILL HAVE HOPE. WE STILL HAVE PRAYER. WE KNOW HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME . ❤️ Please everyone take care. I’m going to put a picture of Marcus in November before cancer and a couple picture of now to show what a difference can happen in such a little time. I can tell you this i will not stop fighting until I get answers and what any doctors whether it be here or a mayo clinic(hopefully mayo) so we can get the right kind of doctors and research on his “rare” ailments until my husband can Breathe, move, walk , like he use to or at-least get him back in the right direction. I need help though I’m finding it difficult to do this on my own. So I’m hoping people can find it in their heart to help still to keep our heads above water. And please share share share this fund! I wanted to share this picture that my son and his gf made for Marcus and I for our birthdays. Our birthdays our exactly a week apart. I am the 3rd of September and Marcus birthday is the 10th. Our youngest Layla just falls right in the middle at the 4th. Shes is a daddy’s girl. Anyways I thought this was so sweet that I had to share ….brings me back to better days . Lord I just want that so much ❤️
