<div><strong>Help a beloved community organizer, Alex Chavez, buy a used car!</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Living in the suburbs of Northern Virginia, it's essential for Alex to have a car. Not only for personal use but also because he uses his car to support his community and people in need.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With his old car (which has had to recently retire), he provided rides to other community members, transported supplies to where they needed to be, and helped with doing the behind-the-scenes work that liberation requires that so often goes unnoticed and unappreciated. Let's show Alex some of our appreciation by making sure he has good, reliable, safe transportation.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>“Since I was 17, Alex has given me rides to community events and spaces, and never once complained. His car is essential for all the work he does with people in need; he shares a privilege of having a car with joy” - Paola

Help Alex Chavez Get a Reliable Car for Community Work

<div>A young family in our community is fighting to stay together after the father was taken into immigration detention. Omar* is a loving partner and devoted dad, and his absence has left this family heartbroken, struggling, and at risk of being torn apart. Omar has been fighting his asylum case while detained at Farmville for months, with no idea of when he will be released.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The mother, Maya*, is now caring for their baby with special medical needs alone — attending appointments, managing treatments, and keeping their home stable while also advocating for her partner’s return. The father is doing everything he can from detention to stay connected and fight legally to come home to his family.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please consider supporting these young parents as they struggle to protect their baby, keep their family safe, and fight for the future they deserve together.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Donations will help cover rent, medical appointments, diapers and formula, transportation, and urgent legal fees needed for reunification. With both parents unable to work and the mother providing full-time care for their baby, the financial strain is overwhelming.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your support helps this family stay housed, ensures their baby gets the supplies they need, and strengthens the father’s legal support to come home.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every family deserves safety, dignity, and the chance to stay together! Thank you for standing with them in this painful moment.

Support Maya and Baby During Omar’s Detention

<div>My nana, who I lovingly call mom, has been the backbone of our family and community my entire life. She’s a two-time cancer survivor—having bravely <em>beaten both breast and lung cancer</em>—<strong>but now she’s facing her hardest battle yet: brain cancer, with 7 tumors, in the front lobe both right and left sides.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She will be <strong>undergoing 10 rounds of radiation</strong>, and this journey has left her unable to work or care for herself independently. She now requires daily help from family members for even the simplest needs and transportation to appointments. Many of us have had to take off work to be by her side, which has added to the financial strain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Her significant other receives only a small disability check, leaving them struggling to keep up with everyday expenses. I’ve created this GoFundMe to help cover:
</div>
<div>•	<strong>Gas to and from treatments</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>	•	Food and medications</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>	•	Household bills and living expenses (with the goal of covering up to 6 months while she’s unable to work)</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>	•	And eventually, her wish to be cremated when the time comes.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For years, she dedicated herself to working at Marsh Run Mobile Home, where she became like a mother figure to so many in the community. She poured her love, time, and energy into others without hesitation. Now, it’s our turn to give back to the woman who has given everything to her family and community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please keep my family in your prayers during this time .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any donation, big or small, will help lift some of this heavy burden and make sure we can focus on supporting her through this fight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your love, prayers, and support. ❤️

Support Barbara’s Battle Against Brain Cancer

<div>Hello again, my friends. This is the second campaign to support my family. Because of your kindness, our first campaign was successful. We collected enough for one person to reach safety. Now we are working towards this same goal for my 9 family members. Thank you all so much for your support of my family. This is the story of my first campaign:
</div>
<div>I am Yousef from Gaza, Palestine. We were displaced from our home, which we know nothing about, and everything has become unavailable. We are in a human famine due to the lack of aid and goods. The bombing is invading around us and the war has made us lose everything we have. I am a very ambitious person. I graduated from high school with a GPA of 91.7. I want to study abroad and I am a university student. My university was completely destroyed, but because I am a person passionate about learning software engineering, I want to complete my dream and complete my studies, but I cannot afford the expenses because my family cannot pay the expenses, as we consist of approximately 10 people. Please help me to complete my dream and save my family from the destruction, displacement, and high cost of living that we cannot afford. Thank you for your support.

Help Yousef Save His Family

<div><strong><em>“10$ Canadian dollars == 7$ US dollars”</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello
</div>
<div>I am Tareq a permanent resident in Vancouver, Canada. I have been disconnected from my family because of the war on Gaza, the thing that is killing our souls, being apart of another safe corner while my family is in danger, under the enormous airstrikes and destruction if an army that kills human and trees.
</div>
<div>I would never ask for a thing like saving my family to reunite again under one safe house ; my whole family to evacuate from Gaza where they have lost their house, car, and before all the safety; they barely survive under the huge amount of destruction, dead bodies smell only in the streets with dust! They miss safety. There is no place for them or a tent because of this overwhelming war.
</div>
<div>My older brother Hasan had his own project to survive and saving the family; now hasan got nothing remains,
</div>
<div>Hasan already posted me his message asking for your kind assistance for him to be saved;:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Hello</strong>, I am <strong>Hasan Abu Arja</strong>; 37 years old, I had a furniture showroom which wad my biggest dream to enhance and enlarge it to be a big company company (<strong>Modern Furniture</strong>), I take care of my family; who are my mother, my five sisters and my two brothers) in addition to my wife Ruaa and my <strong>one-year-old baby child Jamil.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before the war, we had our own home and our own work. Our life had changed since war began, when we were evacuated from our home under the danger and threatening of the air strikes that targeted the neighborhood in which my family and I live and the building in which we sit in, without any prior warning.
</div>
<div>We were displaced in northern Gaza for more than five times to different locations ; seeking for safety, and they were all bombed, and nothing remained.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Another place we can go to. We lost 7 of my family, my two beautiful sisters (<strong>Aya</strong>, <strong>Faten</strong>), my uncle, his wife, and all of their children. We stayed in one of our destroyed homes that is not suitable for living and does not have clean water, food, or clothes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With all sadness and sorrow, and after continuous thinking, I decided to travel. And to save my family and my young child and evacuate from Gaza, but in order to be able to leave, I need you full financial support to have this chance to evacuate from Gaza, to reunite with our family outside, we are indeed looking for peace and for good life that we deserve; an assistance from you is helping my family and I to get the chance of being alive again.
