<div>My name is Claudia, and I’m raising funds to help my family and community in Westmoreland Jamaica who have lost everything after Hurricane Melissa devastated our area. The storm destroyed homes, wiped out belongings, and left many of my loved ones homeless, hungry, and in desperate need of medical care.

</div>

<div>My own family home was severely damaged, and my family members are struggling to find food, clothes, and shelter. Many in our community have no access to clean water or electricity. We are doing everything we can to survive and help each other, but we need support to rebuild our lives.

</div>

<div>The donations from this fundraiser will go directly toward:

</div>

<div>	•	Emergency food, clothing, and medical supplies

</div>

<div>	•	Temporary housing and repairs for damaged homes

</div>

<div>	•	Helping families rebuild and get back on their feet

</div>

<div>Even the smallest donation will make a huge difference right now. If you can’t donate, please share this fundraiser so we can reach more people who may be able to help.

</div>

<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, prayers, and support during this painful time.

Support Evannie Allen's Family After Hurricane Loss

<div>I'm helping a friend, Sonishea McKenzie Pinto, raise funds to help save her now 4 month old baby's life.
</div>
<div>Jax has been in hospital care for more than a month after being afflicted with a hypoxic brain injury caused by oxygen depravation by aspiration.
</div>
<div>She's found that airlifting her son will be $30,000 and the procedures and neurological care necessary to bring him to full health will be an estimated additional $120,000 USD.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Below is a request made by her on social media and edited for clarity:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My newborn had a horrendous accident on November 20, 2023, the day I would return to work from maternity leave. He has since been in the hospital in critical care.
</div>
<div>The procedure I had initially sought assistance with locally, (hyperbaric oxygen therapy - spoken about in the article linked below) cannot be done in Jamaica as no one has performed it on an intubated infant. There is also need for neurological intervention that to my knowledge is also not offered here.
</div>
<div>The doctors in Jamaica are currently doing everything they can to keep him stable and as healthy as possible. I am truly appreciative, but they say there's not much else they can do...
</div>
<div>As such I'm making this appeal. I've sought assistance abroad to further the rehabilitation and care of my son.
</div>
<div>Because he's currently intubated he has to be transported via an air ambulance. This mode of transport costs $30,000 USD. His care and treatment will be an estimated additional $120,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can assist in any way, my family and I would be very grateful.
</div>

Save baby Jax's life

<div>First of all let me introduce myself my name is Nicole Williams and I take pride in the fact that I work as a home health aide. On Sunday, January 9, 2022 my whole world was broken apart ,as I was brutally and viciously attacked as I arrived to my job site ,to care for an elderly client overnight. As a result of the senseless act of violence against me I am unable to work in any capacity,for I am currently in a Boston hospital undergoing treatment for the injuries I incurred. To date I have had two surgeries and may have to undergo more.I am a very proud person who is having trouble asking for help,but I really need assistance at this time.My hospital bills are mounting and it is scary.Life does go on,mine is shattered right now and I need help.The individual that is responsible for this senseless act is now in jail and awaiting arraignment.Any contribution will certainly be appreciated and much needed.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
