<div>On May 19th, just five days before his 33rd birthday, we lost Adam Ramey—beloved husband, father, son, and lead vocalist of Dropout Kings—to suicide after a long and painful battle with addiction.

<div>Adam wasn’t just my brother-in-law. He was like a real brother to me. He saved my life during one of my darkest times and always showed up for the people he loved. He brought life and energy to every room, every family gathering, and every stage he stepped on. Watching him perform—especially at local shows in Phoenix or when he came to Tampa—was unforgettable.

<div>Adam loved deeply. He was a devoted husband to my 29-year-old sister, Jamie, and a proud father to their 18-month-old son, Jude. He was also an incredible uncle, friend, and human being.

<p>♥️ Hello my name's Corey Stanford I come to you with a heavy heart, and I started a GoFundMe for my dad, and my dad is the greatest dad in the world. He's kind, loving, strong, bright, joyful, caring, and lovible, that's my dad, he fought for me and worked 2 jobs while he sold our house on the farm when I was 6, because my mom put me in a Foster home around Christmas time, and never came back, I was scared, mentally, and physically abused by there 18 year old son and that's the reason why I'm struggling with p.t.s.d, depression, anxiety, and the worst of all flashbacks, and I also have asma, c.o.p.d. after my dad got me out of the foster home I didn't tell my dad what happened to me in the Foster home, because I was hurt, scared of what he would think of me, and I needed to let it out, but I kept it balled up inside me to ashamed knowing my own mother put me through this, and I forgave my mom , but she never wanted me in her life I wish life was different but I only get 1 life and it tore me apart for years, and I tried to commit suicide I just hated myself and felt descusted it broke me i had flashbacks daily I hated myself so bad I couldn't move forward the foster home took my dignity, and my strength today I wish my life didn't hurt so much, and I never had a mother to support me, so I don't know what it feels like to have a mom and it really has put a huge problem in my life I can't get that back ever and I wish that my life was so much different but I can't turn back the hands of time, and so I starting taking care of my dad when I was 15 because my dad had a double hernia like 2 basketballs it took him 12 years to have surgery because he didn't have insurance, and I watch my dad almost die they put a tube down his throat, because he stopped breathing then he went into a coma for a little while I'm so greatful he is still with me now today I'm really close to my dad I worry about him all the time, he fell and broke his ribs because he can't see because it's to blurry and my dad had bell pusey, it's identical to a stroke his eye droopped down, and his jaw is still a little sideways i'm so very sorry for bringing this to you I don't have anywhere else to go thats why I'm asking for help I love my dad so so much and I want him to have a house were he can make all of his doctor appointments he's been missing appointments for about a year I have him on his blood pressure medication, depression, anxity medication he has his inhaler and his nebulizer sulfate solution he takes aspirin for his heart I'm holding on to what I have I've been on here about a month now and I haven't had any shares I'm so sorry for bothering you I can't do it alone anymore could you please find a piece of your heart to share with my dad please help him If you’re able to help, even a little, or willing to share this story, it would mean the world to us.
