<div>Bryan and his 83-year-old father spent the last decade building an incredible LEGO Star Wars collection together. Their shared passion resulted in about 780 sets and more than 1,200 minifigures, with the hope that one day, selling the collection could help pay for their grandchildren’s college. Last year, Bryan consigned the entire collection to a Mystery company so it could be sold over time. The collection was so impressive that it drew news coverage and huge crowds at the store.

<div>But in November 2024, everything changed. This Mystery company's corporate took over the store during a dispute with the franchise owner. When they seized the store, they also took control of Bryan and his father’s collection — even though it did not belong to them. According to Bryan, the company removed the identifying tags from the sets and continued selling the collection instead of returning it, claiming he could not prove ownership. Bryan and his father have tried going through authorities and legal channels, but the cost of forcing action in court could be tens of thousands of dollars, making it extremely difficult for them to fight back.

I am a husband, a father of four amazing children (three of whom live with disabilities), and the founder of Ash Born Interactive. This campaign isn’t about asking for a handout or an easy way out. It’s about building a physical way forward.<br /><br />The Impact: My Neurological Journey<br /><br />As a teenager, a violent bicycle accident threw me onto the ground and my head struck the pavement. I vividly remember seeing a bright green flash at the moment of impact. While I am still navigating the medical system to confirm a formal TBI confirmation from a specialist, the physical trauma of that day fundamentally changed my life’s trajectory.<br /><br />In the years following that impact, a cascade of severe, life-altering functional challenges emerged:<br /> •	Focal Impaired Awareness Seizures (Complex Partial Seizures)<br /> •	Frequent Dissociative Episodes: Sudden, overwhelming moments where my mind disconnects from my surroundings.<br /> •	Severe Memory &amp; Communication Barriers: Sudden gaps in short-term retention and heavy cognitive fatigue.<br /> •	Impaired hand-eye coordination &amp; a chronic facial tic<br /><br />For years, I fought to build a stable career through traditional employment. I exhausted state Vocational Rehabilitation resources and worked extensively with business mentors. But traditional 9-to-5 environments simply cannot accommodate the unpredictable nature of my seizures and cognitive symptoms.<br /><br />Instead of giving up, I asked myself a critical question: What is one thing I can still build with my own hands?
