My name is Natilee, and I am from the Elim district in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. I was born and raised in this community, and although I am no longer living there, Elim will always be home. The people affected by Hurricane Melissa are my friends, neighbors, and extended family — the same community that helped raise me. I am creating this fundraiser to support them during this difficult time.

Hurricane Melissa caused severe damage throughout the Elim district. Many homes lost roofs, walls, and structural support. Families are now living in unsafe or partially destroyed houses, with little income or resources to rebuild. Because I deeply care for my community, I want to help provide the materials needed to restore their homes and ensure they have safe shelter again.

This fundraiser aims to raise $3,000, which will go directly toward:

Purchasing building materials (lumber, zinc sheets, cement, blocks)

Repairing damaged roofs and walls

Helping families restore safe living conditions
