UPDATE: We Can Finally See the Finish Line! After two months of back-breaking work, 12-hour days, and endless scrubbing, we are finally staring at the last section of the garage! We’ve got our fogger ready with commercial-grade Benefect Decon 30 to treat the final batch of items inside the trailer. Every box, tool, and piece of property in these photos represents something we fought to salvage by hand. Where We Stand Right Now: Garage Nearly Cleared: The ground level—ground zero for the moisture and mold—is almost completely emptied out and prepped. Final Fogging Stage: Items loaded into the 28-foot trailer are getting their final treatment so we can safely store them without tracking spores anywhere else. The Long Road Ahead: Clearing the property is a major hurdle crossed, but the financial strain of lost income, legal battles, and rebuilding our lives from zero is far from over.
