In order to take strays-in-need off the streets, we need to have a safe and secure location to bring them inside while they're rehabilitated and until they're finally homed. Without this, the reach of ALL of our efforts will be drastically reduced. We've been working at PSK for a while now, but it's all at risk until we can be sure we have a base of operations.
