What they care about

Family is always my #1. I just started summer break. It’s awesome to do things with them. Then my doggie Maria. She’s my best friend. She has breast cancer.

My best friend Maria has been diagnosed with breast cancer. We don’t have the money to treat her. The treatment will cost 1500 to 5000. I’m so hurt because my family doesn’t have the money. We grew up together. Please help me help her.

Hi, my name is Kendall. I am in the 5th grade and I am 11 years old. This fundraiser is for my dog, Maria. She is 9 years old with breast cancer. Can you imagine having a dog ever since you were 2? Hahaha!!! But back to the story, she means a whole lot to me. I bet your pets mean a lot to you too. She is really hyperactive, playful, and a lil bad!! But she means a lot to me. She has been by my side since we both were young. Me and her are like two peas in a pod. She always knows when I'm feeling down, sleeps next to me, follows me around, and so much more that means a lot to me. Furthermore, she is a Blue Staffy/Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She and the other dogs tend to get into fights, which explains the old scars on her. But she has been getting in fewer and fewer fights--which is growth! But the problem is: she has breast cancer and has had it for almost a year. She might get put down this year and we are hanging onto her for as long as we can. We don't have enough money to pay for it, so that is why I am doing this. It may be a small chance but never zero! I have determination in myself to save my childhood dog. I am not the best writer, but I hope my story can change something in other people and maybe can make a change for other children my age to be inspired that just because they are young, doesn't mean they cannot do something. Anyways, that's itttt!!
