I began off roading in my jeep roughly a year ago. While that's exciting and adventurous, I find that camping in off grid areas with others really creates community and builds relationships in ways you can’t with cellphones and social media. There’s something special about gathering around a campfire, sharing stories, and working together to set up camp that brings people closer together. My goal is to create an overlanding community where people can travel together, camp in remote places—both local and abroad—and truly disconnect from the stress and anxiety of everyday life. I want to organize excursions where all the meals and camping fees are provided and paid for, so everyone can focus on their equipment and rigs without worrying about who’s going to cook or make camp reservations. This way, participants can enjoy the outdoors and build lasting friendships, knowing that the essentials are taken care of.
