My name is John, and I want to thank everyone who has contributed to help me relocate from Texas to Florida for this incredible opportunity. I have been offered the chance to run a stunt training facility on a large property in Florida, a place with deep roots in the film industry and a legacy that means a great deal to me. This opportunity is not just about my career—it's about honoring the memory of one of my earliest mentors, who dedicated decades to training thousands of stunt professionals. Sadly, at 94 years old, he passed away last year, leaving behind a widow, Sandra, and a facility that has shaped the lives of so many. Sandra now faces the monumental task of maintaining the property on her own, and she has asked for my help in revitalizing the facility. In exchange for my support, I will have the opportunity to use the space to continue the important work my mentor started, as well as implement the entire scope of my Action P.A.C. Stunts business plan that will create a unique entertainment entity providing multiple revenue streams for decades to come. However, the facility, property and associated buildings are in major decline due to Kim Kahana's inability in his later years to maintain the property. Your support will help with clearing the debris left behind by hurricane damage and much-needed facility upgrades so we can continue providing a safe and inspiring environment for future stunt performers.
