What they care about

Single and have 3 animals. I am a voice for those that can't speak for themselves and can't stand to see an animal go hungry. I also feed wild animals.

I am a 71-year-old woman living on a fixed income with my beloved 10-year-old dog, Bristol. She has been my constant companion, especially during the toughest times in my life, including chemotherapy and cancer. As a pup, Bristol gave me hope and comfort when I needed it most, and our bond has only grown stronger over the years. After living in the same home for 18 years, I was recently forced to move through no fault of my own. It's been four months since the move, and Bristol is struggling to adapt. She always had a fenced-in area to run and play, but now she no longer does. Since the move, she has become very depressed and withdrawn. I spoke with her vet, and they suggested installing a fence to help her regain her freedom and happiness. Currently, Bristol is tied up when she's outside, and all she does is sulk—even when I'm with her. This situation breaks my heart, and I am desperate to help her feel at home again. This fundraiser is my last hope to keep Bristol with me. The funds raised will go toward the supplies and installation of a chain link fence, giving Bristol a safe space to enjoy the outdoors once more. She cannot go to another home; at 10 years old, she knows only me, and I believe she would totally shut down based on her current disposition. Any donation, small or large, would be appreciated and forever grateful. Your support means the world to both of us, and I thank you for helping Bristol find happiness again. UPDATE: Please help keep Bristol and I together with whatever time we both have left. Thank you
