My name is Kenyatta, and I am reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. Over the past five months, my mom has been hospitalized several times, and I have been her primary caregiver. Because of her health issues, I have had to miss several days of work, which has made it difficult to keep up with my rent and other essential expenses. Now, I am facing eviction and the fear of losing our home is overwhelming. I am doing everything I can to support my mom and keep us together, but I have fallen behind financially. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward paying my back rent and purchasing household items my mom needs as she recovers. This would mean the world to me, and I would be so grateful for any support during this difficult time. Thank you to anyone who can help me in my time of need. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference for me and my mom.
My family has been going through an incredibly difficult time over the past several months. About five months ago, my mom became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized on both Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. She spent time in the ICU, and I needed to be by her side to support her and help with her care. Because of this, I missed a lot of work, and it became impossible to keep up with our bills. Now, I’ve fallen so far behind on rent that I was served an eviction notice. The thought of losing our home while my mom is still recovering is overwhelming. I am doing everything I can to get back on my feet, but right now, I need help to make sure my family has a safe place to stay. If you are able to help in any way, I would truly appreciate it—no matter how much. Your support would mean the world to me and my family during this challenging time. Thank you so much for reading and for any kindness you can share.
