Update — Paityn’s Journey ❤️ We wanted to take a moment to give everyone an update on our sweet Paityn. ❤️ Paityn continues to fight and push forward every single day. We are incredibly proud of how far she has come. After everything her body and brain have been through, she continues to amaze us with her strength, determination, and resilience. Her journey is far from over. She is still receiving ongoing medical care, monitoring, therapy, and treatment, and there are still many unknowns ahead. While we celebrate every little victory, we also know that this is a marathon—not a sprint. Behind the scenes, our family is still trying to keep everything together financially. Since Paityn became sick and was hospitalized, I lost my job so I could be there for her and care for our family. That has meant a major loss of income while our expenses and responsibilities have continued. We are doing everything we can to stay on top of our rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, medical-related expenses, and the everyday needs of our children. We are a family of eight, and right now even the basics can feel overwhelming. We don’t share this to ask anyone to feel sorry for us. We share it because so many people have asked how they can help, and the truth is, we still need help. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps take a little bit of pressure off our family and allows us to keep focusing on what matters most—Paityn and our children.
