My name is Byron, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a tough battle with cancer. Every day, I’m working hard to keep up with the costs of treatment, including bills for CT scans that aren’t fully covered by insurance, and taking nine anticancer medications just to keep going. On top of that, I’m trying to manage rent, buy food, and pay for utilities, all while still owing a significant amount to Regions Hospital. One of my doctors charges a considerable fee per visit, which adds up quickly and makes it even harder to stay afloat.
This journey has been incredibly stressful, both physically and financially. The mounting bills and daily expenses have made it difficult to focus on my recovery. Getting help with these costs would mean the world to me—it would relieve so much of the stress that cancer has brought into my life and help me keep up with the essentials.
No amount is too small—anything you can give will help. If you’re unable to donate, I would be so grateful if you could share my story with your friends. Thank you so much to all my friends and family who have supported me so far; your kindness has meant more than words can say.
