What inspired me to start Evolving E3:20 Girls Ministry is deeply personal. At just 15 years old, God placed a vision in my heart to serve and pour into young people. From that moment on, I knew I was called to help guide the next generation—especially young girls—toward understanding their worth, their purpose, and their potential. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and walk alongside so many incredible young women. I’ve seen girls who once struggled with confidence grow into strong, successful individuals—business owners, professionals, and leaders in their communities. But I’ve also seen the other side. I’ve seen young girls who lacked guidance, support, and safe spaces during the most critical hours of their day. I’ve seen how easily they can be influenced when they don’t have someone reminding them who they are and what they are capable of becoming. That’s why Evolving E3:20 Girls Ministry was created. We exist to fill that gap—to provide a safe, structured, and empowering environment where girls can grow academically, spiritually, and personally during the critical after-school hours of 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
The funds raised will go directly toward providing the tools and resources our girls need not just to participate but to truly grow, thrive, and believe in themselves. At Evolving E3:20 Girls Ministry, we want every girl who walks through our doors to feel prepared, supported, and empowered. With your support, we will be able to provide workbooks, journals, and books that help girls reflect, learn, and build confidence; school supplies and academic resources to support homework and skill development; technology access (tablets/laptops) to expand learning opportunities; creative materials like art supplies for expression and confidence-building; life skills and leadership materials for financial literacy, goal setting, and decision-making; meals and snacks to ensure girls are cared for in a safe, nurturing environment; and transportation support to safely bring girls to and from the program and allow them to participate in field trips and community service opportunities. Transportation is especially critical, as many of the girls we serve face barriers simply getting to a safe and supportive space. By helping meet this need, you are removing obstacles and opening the door for consistent participation and growth.
But beyond the materials, what we’re really providing is opportunity. Opportunity for a girl to discover her voice. Opportunity for her to believe she is more than her circumstances. Opportunity for her to grow into the woman she was created to be. Every resource we provide is intentional—it’s designed to build confidence, strengthen identity, and create pathways to a brighter future. When you give, you’re not just providing supplies—you’re removing barriers, creating access, and helping a young girl step into her purpose. And that kind of impact lasts far beyond today—it changes lives for generations.
