- My name is Gerald and I'm trying to raise funds to help pay for medical veterinarian expenses for my dog cam. He is a very special dog to me and my wife we have had him for the last six seven years even though he is a mixed breed he is a very loving affectionate well behaved as well as trained he also is our emotional support animal. He gets along with everybody he also protects my wife when I'm not around One day he was not acting right so I decided to take him into the vet to find out what was wrong I had told the veterinarian what was going on with him as well as I had suggested that he maybe have an ultrasound done on his left side due to it having a pancake size hard rock mass the Dr had declined my suggestion & had said he was just gonna do some blood work & up to date on his shots then take it from there. Dr didn't even do a hands on exam to him. U could clearly see that their was definitely something wrong with him. We had asked the Dr how long before the test results came back he said bout a week I had expected a call back that next Fri. Didn't hear anything that next Mon I called for the results they couldn't give them to me I had to talk to the Dr which they were gonna him the message then I asked if they could fax or email me the results in which they did I had noticed the date of when they took the blood sent it to the lab and how long it took to get the results back the results were back within 24 hours so in turn my dog had suffered more than a week in pain I can tell that my dog was in pain he was having a hard time with breathing he didn't even want to get the harder to go to the bathroom he had no energy he wasn't eating any of his wet or dry food he was only drink water even then he was still totally dehydrated I feel bad because I didn't know what to do I finally ended up taking him into the emergency animal hospital when I got there they had to bring the journey out to the parking lot to get him out of the car and rushed him back into the ER room his heart had stopped twice they had done CPR on him both times unfortunately the second time didn't take he ended up passing away not very much longer after that That very next day have received a call from the veterinarian saying that his surgery was approved and told the vet but I'm sorry they were too late he had passed away the day before they killed my dog Anything will be very appreciated & helpful God Bless

Support for Cam’s Vet Expenses
0% complete - My pet was more than just an animal—he was a beloved member of our family. Recently, he developed tumors inside of him, and we were anxiously waiting for approval for his treatment. Sadly, he didn't make it, and losing him has left me heartbroken. Every day, I miss him more, and the pain of his absence is overwhelming. Right now, I'm trying to bring his ashes home so he can be with us again. Having his ashes here would help me feel closer to him and bring some comfort during this incredibly difficult time. The costs for this are more than I can manage on my own, and I find myself unsure of what to do next. If you are able to help, it would mean the world to me. Your support would not only help bring my pet home, but also help me find a bit of peace and healing. Thank you for reading my story and for any kindness you can offer.

Help Bring My Pet’s Ashes Home
0% complete - My name is Jerry and my wife crystal. We live in a homeless shelter in Los Angeles and are awaiting our permanent housing. Cam was a service dog for my wife who had type 2 diabetic with high fall risk. She also has a heart condition CHF. I also have type 1 diabetes and had heart surgery where they put in 2 heart stents a few months ago. Cam was with us 10 years. He saved my wife when she had fallen many times by barking and running to get a staff member when she couldn't get up. He was our whole world. We are so lost without him. We had taken him to the emergency veterinarian which incured a 400.00 bill and it's a 400.00 to have him creameated to be placed in his urn. When we pass away we all will be buried together in our plot. We all intend to get creameated when the time comes. We need help raising the money to pay off his bill and get his ashes home.

Honoring Cam: Help with Final Expenses

- Cam was an amazingly loyal companion to me and my wife. Living in our community, he loved everyone the same, no matter who they were or where they came from. Cam had so many visitors on a daily basis—he truly brought people together and helped create the sense of family we have here. He was always happy, with a light around him that brought happiness and love to everyone he met. Cam is greatly loved and will be horribly missed. Today, Cam passed away on the veterinary hospital's table after they performed CPR. Losing him so suddenly has left us heartbroken, and we want to honor him in a way that reflects the joy he brought into our lives. We would like to have him cremated so his ashes can be placed in his urn. This is especially meaningful to us, as we plan to be cremated and buried together as a family one day. The cost of his cremation, along with the unexpected vet bill, is more than we were prepared for. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this difficult time. Thank you for supporting us in honoring Cam's memory and helping us keep him close to our hearts.
