My name is Peace, and I’m on a journey to rebuild my life from the ground up physically, mentally, and financially. Last month I completed a 100-push-up-a-day challenge to support Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. It helped me stay focused, disciplined, and grounded during a difficult season.
This month, I’m taking the next step:
100 push-ups every day + a daily run (1–2 miles).
I’m doing this to stay healthy, keep my mind strong, and maintain discipline while working toward stability for myself, my partner, and my daughter. Every day is a chance to fight for a better future, and fitness has become one of the ways I keep myself going.
I’m raising funds to support the small but important things that help me stay consistent travel to appointments, basic daily needs, and health items that make this challenge possible. Your support will help me stay committed, keep training, and continue sharing my progress daily.
This challenge isn’t just about exercise. It’s about rebuilding from a difficult past, staying positive, and proving to myself that I can keep moving forward one push-up and one mile at a time.
If you choose to support me, thank you. It truly means more than you know.
