Angela faced many obstacles from birth, growing up as the only daughter in a busy family of six. Life was never easy, and she became a mother at a very young age, raising her children while navigating difficult circumstances. Years ago, tragedy struck when a shooting into their home led to her children being placed in foster care. This loss, combined with the challenges of addiction, made Angela’s journey even harder. Despite her struggles, Angela’s love for her children never faded, though life kept them apart. Nicole, Angela’s daughter, has always stayed connected to her mother and brothers, even as the family was separated and faced their own battles. Nicole became Angela’s legal representative and healthcare manager, doing everything she could to support her mother and bring her to a place of healing. Sadly, addiction continued to take its toll, and Nicole was by her mother’s side as she passed, honoring Angela’s wishes and caring for her until the end. Now, Nicole is left with the responsibility of arranging Angela’s funeral. The family has come together to raise some of the needed funds, but they are still short. Nicole is reaching out to the community—friends, neighbors, and anyone who has crossed paths with her or her family—to help give Angela the farewell she deserves. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease the burden and show Nicole and her family that they are not alone in this difficult time.
