Hey there! I'm Christian "Whitey" Pokrywka. I've been Mike Flamez videographer and photographer for over a decade. Mike peacefully passed away on July 4th, 2025 due to complications from Cystic Fibrosis. I'm launching a long term GoFundMe in his memory as there are still some financial needs for the family. First and foremost, the funeral home is owed around $6,000 for the cremation and services. They've been very patient but we want to get them their money ASAP. Above and beyond that, Mike always enjoyed buying and donating toys to the Children's Hospital every year "Toyz 4 Da Kids" he called it. So I'm hoping to raise another $4,000 towards that for a total of $10,000 goal. All funds will go directly to me first and then I'll distribute to the family first and foremost for the funeral. Then we'll focus on the leftover money towards the toys. Let's make this a holiday to remember not only for Michael but for the KIDZ!

For almost a month now I’ve been dealing with a couple of health issues. I had a single vehicle crash early September that totaled my Kia (thank God no injuries to me) but then not even 1-2 weeks after that I went out to eat with a someone important to me and their car broke down on the way back home due to forgetting to fill up with gas. Anyways, I offered to walk to the next exit to grab a gas can. I got about 20 mins onto my journey and out of nowhere a giant semi hit me while I was walking on the median. I had to be intubated and landed in the ICU briefly. I’m thankfully coming out on the other side of all of this with a clear mind and my wounds are healing quickly but I’m a bit behind on bills and personal obligations which is why I’m creating this GoFundMe. Anything you can personally contribute will help a ton at getting me back on my feet. Thanks everyone!
